5 Minute Daily Mobility Routine! | Follow Along | Full Body

- What's up, Achievers?! Jason here with a 5 minute daily mobility routine for you all!
This little full body stretch routine can serve a number of purposes ranging from a total body warm-up prior to your workout to a morning mobility practice to a stretch break between Zoom sessions!
Here are the moves and the muscles addressed:
Heel Sit Neck Nods and Turns: Neck
T-Spine Rotations: Upper Back
Wide Stance Rock on Forearms: Hips
Split Stance Adductor Mobilization: Inner Thighs
Leg Up Rocking: Hip Flexors and Hamstrings
Cobra to Downward Dog: Spine and Posterior Chain
