I have been playing soccer all my life. 20 years ago I immigrated to the USA and fell in love with American Football. I now am obsessed with playing flag football and try to learn as much as possible. Your channel is extremely helpful, thank you for all you do! Subscribed!
Guys, you are probably the #1 flag football content creators in the space right now with it absolutely exploding. Bravo! Please, more flag content! Been relying on the all-amazing Coach Grant but would love more flag-specific content from you guys! I want to ask which flag belts you guys have by the way?
Please keep the flag football videos coming! This is THE BEST video I’ve seen to show my players how to make defenders miss. Perfectly demonstrated. Awesome camera work. Perfectly articulated. Great job!
This is so useful! I'm used to tackle football. And this helps me a lot to change and switch my mind from sprinting towards the deffender and lower my body for the hit to take my time open up my body, slow down a bit and hide the flags. Thank you
No offense or anything but all you need to do is practice cuts and jabs and by combining them you can anticipate the defender and blow by them. The moves you are teaching won't work in any league that allows players to get a little physical I play in a league that's flackle 75% flag, 25% tackle and for anyone experienced, none of these moves will work so as I previously mentioned, it's all about shifting the defender's weight and jump-cutting to the other side. Great video for beginners but from someone who plays in a league that's a little more physical, your just going to either get wrapped or have your flag pulled.
wish i had this video 10 years ago. not for me, but for my teammates. everyone i play with say something about my moves on the field, but i see it as an easy thing for anyone to do! most people i play with are all about the juke (because they are quick and have speed) or a sloooow spin (because they dont know what theyre doing). oh and i play in 2 different leagues, one is indoor 5v5 with 2 flags and the other is outdoor 7v7 with 3 flags (hence why the full spin doesnt work well). Ive recently added the dip when playing qb to step up in the pocket vs the rush for an easy run. Personally i would add one other move to your list, the 180 backwards run. i used to do this more often but you do a half spin and keep running backwards to keep your eyes on a defender so you can quarter spin again if needed.
hello! my name is kainan. i am 12 years old and have decided to start flag football. i have never played it before, and I know im starting late but I hope your videos will jumpstart me 😂 i hope to be a receiver. wish me luck! ps: are the flags like harnesses? do you have to unbuckle them or just pull them off?
This is specifically for flag football and there are no strips or fumbles in flag. You also can't flag guard, so you have to hold the ball up high to prevent a penalty. And since the spot is wherever the ball is in most leagues, it's to the players advantage to hold it out in front of them.
@JasonandLauren I coach flag football, and I understand all of that. However, once the ball is dropped, the play is over. A ball doesn't need to be stripped for the ball carrier to drop the ball. I coach our kids to protect the ball at costs. Protecting the football is fundamental to the game. As they progress and start to tackle football, the coaches now have to coach the kids that what they learned previously was wrong. If they drop the football they're not allowed to pick it and keep running. Protect the football.
@JasonandLauren don't get me wrong though.. I love everything about this video and I mean no disrespect. I just feel that protecting the ball is very important, and the drill you showed on how to avoid your flag from being pulled without doing a spin move are excellent!
@@MADsCASTING ok and? you don’t have to have experience to notice that somebody made contact with her arm and that’s why it was risen, I promise you that nobody is really going to try rising their elbow for no reason after they watch this video without knowing why.

You two should make Delta Airline's fasten your seatbelt before takeoff video. Nice one!
I’ve been DYING to play flag football for a while! But I’ve aged out, I can’t find a team, I’m 22! Where do you guys play?
you can play anywhere real;y
@@Flossy-f2puseless comment. Like mine. 😂
I would ask them on IG, they linked it in their bio.
They have adult local leagues you can pay to join. Im 25(almost 26) and i want to join one so bad. Never played a day in my life though.
Good video! I admit that having my flag pulled by defenders is one of my pet peeves 😂 Much love from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Haha very annoying 😂 sending love back your way!
Love it, I'm trying to make flag content as well. It's the future!
Love to hear it! Look forward to seeing your stuff!
Coming from your instagram page, now I want to give flag football a try

Shared this with my WFF team!
What 🏈 are you using in this video?
Wish I had this video when I still played.
I would not do #5 that look like an injury waiting
Quarter spin

1/4 spin can be considered flag guarding to some refs
Bullshit you're not even blocking them with your arms or the ball.
@@ashupashu5559 I’m with you man.
That guy in intro in the Yellow and white jersey…….tell him I said you suck!!!!! Haha😂😂😂
Cool
This guy looks like that guy who did the human hydraulic press video, the one where he crushed the watermelon with his chin.
😂

I think she have the ball in her wrong hand am i correct 0:30
Do you karaoke with the 1/4 spin too??
As a football coach and medical instructor... The last move seems like way too much risk for little reward
She needs to protect that ball and stop carrying it like a loaf of bread

Help my tablet is not working
If you square up most of those moves will be nullified.

I'm a pro bowler in flag football🚽
I would miss the flag all the time with her
L comment back 5 yards
0:26 was a flag guard using your elbow and yet youre trying to teach proper technique lol
if you knew hat you were actually talking about you would see one of them grabbed her arm and then she let go, that’s why she had her elbow up..

Lol if you black it comes naturally. If you know you know. ✌🏾
Wrong!!! Lol 😂 Race doesn’t matter. If you put in the effort, you will learn. Some faster than others..
Nah he actually kind of right
How useless is this video, anyone who's played football knows how to make defenders miss!
you can’t learn to make people miss. you either are a natural at it or you’re not.
