I like Ayula, not for spicy memes, but because she has potential to be really strong. And with a first draft deck, I've gotten her to 24/24 by turn 7, killed an opponents blockers in fights and then one shot him for 24 commander damage. She is somewhere along the lines of Mowu and Arahbo in how quick the early game can be.

That said, just run nearly every bear, a few changelings, cards that reduce the generic cost of creatures, draw power and hardening scales. That particular game was a turn 1 Hardening Scales, turn 2 Sol Ring + Rhonas Monument, turn 3 I played was Guardian Project and Ayula. Turn 5 onwards I started playing other bears, drawing some more and putting all the counters on Ayula, or having her fight and kill problematic creatures.
I was sad you did not tell us that edict effects or board wipes would be "bad news, bears". As for the land destruction, that has to stop being taboo. There are so many super powerful lands out there, it's getting to be unbearable.
Don't want to burst anyones bubble but it is important to note at 5:01 Adaptive Automaton and Mettalic Mimic DO NOT trigger Ayula. The artifacts enter as their own creature type and after the ETB they become bears, Ayula needs the creature to enter as a bear to trigger. Still worth running though!
My understanding of the rulings is that Adaptive Automaton and Metallic Mimic's first abilities are replacement effects and will trigger Ayula's ability when they enter the battlefield if you chose Bears. I havent seen the whole video before commenting but. For bearscape, if you run life from the loam, youll be able to dredge alot. It also synergies with ayula influence! A draw = ~ 4 bear token
It gets better if you build around it yeah but Green is limited in finding Loam / Ayula. We're much better at tutoring creatures. I'm sure there's other lists that are better suited at pulling it off.
I can imagine there's some sweet Ayula build that goes deep with Bearscape + Loam + Ayula's Influence and other things. Like a Lands Bear deck. Could be sweet!

Here's a happy little infinite combo for you bear lovers out there: We're already looking at Words of Wilding, and for a creature heavy deck, there's nothing wrong with running Gaea's Anthem as a mono-G anthem. Add to that Elemental Bond, which is fine card draw anyways provided you can grow your bears even a little, and Ashnod's altar, and you have an infinite engine: On your draw step, pay 1 to create a 2/2 bear token. With any anthem effect (Mimic or Gaea's), that bear will enter as a 3/3 or higher and trigger the elemental bond. Before your draw trigger, sac the token to the altar for 2 generic mana. Put one of that mana into the Words again, rinse and repeat. Infinite generic mana, infinite bears, infinite Ayula triggers. Have fun. :)

Money isn't a problem when you can buy proxies to play test and then buy each card one by one to replace the proxies just saying proxies shouldn't be a problem I love collecting the cards but I love playing the game alot more and I buy the decks I love the most and buy boosters to collect
You have gone mad with power. The 190 dollar deck only has 12 bears (if you count changelings and the commander) and 4 other cards that generate bears. That’s bear-ly a bear deck.
I count 17, including changelings and automaton / mimic (they count as Bears and trigger Ayula). I agree it's a bit low for a tribal deck but I was more focused in making the best deck possible. In practice you should always have enough bears to cast due to the high amount of card draw and tutors.
Why don't people add the banner bears enter as 4/4s since green and bears and just becomes abusive to the slugging mechanic. Natures revolt seems interesting with my strategy honestly produce tons of bears, kill the lands, wait for the hate.

Ugh, I was hopeful when going into it. But nothing but the obvious most boring choices zzzz... dude, I could've looked at the commander in 2 seconds and recommended the obvious bear choices and enchantments, some double season and things that add to the triggered ability. I was hoping for some in-depth 3-4 card enchantment/artifact token combos, not just the obvious bullshit I could search on EDHREC in 2 seconds.
