And in Space Marine's ending the last sentence was true. Next campaign on Kaurava buried half of the chapter. Then invasion of one of recruiting world, Calderis, and Nids' invasion in subsector Aurelia. And the Cyras' heresy, which lead near a half of who left in chapter to become renegades.

I liked the Eldar ending the best, they were not after power, but rather after removing power in such a way that it could never be regained by anyone. Thats some next level thinking as the planet could always be taken again if it is invaded. However, with way the Eldar did things, there is literly nothing left for anyone to claim, just corpses and ruins.

@@ezekielhavoc9659 There were some debate but the conclusion was Ork ending is not 100% cannon because Gorghuzt did not need to served under another boss if he won entire system for him. So my theory is the end is a stalemate between Orks and IG, IG successfully hold the city but failure to plug the Ork out. So Gorghuzt cannot hold power for long due to internal fighting between Orks and sailed to another area.

The necron ending is the most neutral because they hate everyone and just want everything to be quiet The chaos ending is just chaos being chaos; spread the taint and the hate of the emperor. The Eldar ending is vague: mysterious and leaves more questions than answers. The tau ending is the most screwed up and dark... even for the tau what they are doing is legitimately evil... I'd rather side with chaos... And the Space Marine ending is the true ending and the one that leaves a bad taste in your mouth about the blood ravens in DoW II when you learn what Thule did in Dark Crusade. How the fuck do you win this shit? I get maybe 1 or 2 wins as whatever faction I choose before the enemy commanders have all killed each other enough to have 4-6 unit strong "bodyguard" regiments and then they auto-win every single fight, I might as well not even play them because there are 6 regiments in my base 5 minutes in. Is there something I need to fuck with in the files or something? This genuinely feels like a broken game.
The "thing" is to charge with your honor gard, but is hard, I'm replaying the campaing as Chaos, and holy fuck. Also, I woudln't waste time and go for the Chaos Favor and the Spaceport, and make a stop if you can to the Sepetreptional lands, because that province is WILD if you do it at the end game. So far I win the campaing with Spess Meherens, Orks (It was easy with the orks), Necrons (they are just OP), maybe Tau once.

Soulstorm is the exception, canonically the Imperial Guard won at Karuva, referenced in DoW2 as a ‘complete disaster’ for the Blood Ravens
