Very timely video as I've just started using Krita to create stuff I can bring into Blender and mess with in the 2D animation editor. These little tips will help speed up my workflow quite a lot. As usual, another clear, concise and straight to the point tutorial. Well done and thanks.
I wish Blender had automatic detection and reloding of changed image files, such as Modo. Reloading takes so much time when you fine-tune some textures.
I've found that, if I've edited a bunch of textures, it's quicker to just close the Blender file and re-open it. As long as the names and locations haven't changed, Blender will display the new versions of the textures, saving you from digging through the shaders to update them.
Nice thank you. How to use Polarr with apply multiplie effects from Blender Script for commant promt applaying style command control and/or integration with Blender.
Hey I'm working on a tool to make painting textures with Krita or Photoshop much easier. It allows you to load your model and your .kra or .psd doc directly and apply it onto your model. As soon as you save inside Krita/Photoshop (not export, just save) it automatically detects changes and refreshes the model texture. This is useful if you're hand painting model textures that you want to apply onto an object, but don't want to keep exporting, then returning to blender or maya or whatever and manually refreshing images. It basically lets you pin the window always-on-top, and just keep it in the corner on top of Krita or Photoshop while you draw. Let me know how to reach you if you're interested in trying it out. I'm interested in feedback and feature suggestions.
Thank you. How to do multiple process for Sequence images with gimp. How to make Photoshop Action Step Recording in GIMP. Is possible with GIMP? SAMPLE ●Create Dublicate 'Original Layer' ●Change name 'Layer-2' ●Apply Gaussian Filter to Layer-2 ●Change Layer Blend Mode to 'Soft Light' ●Merge Layer ●Save as Output. Rename & Re destination Folder ...
What if I want to do more changes on blender and then edit a second time on gimp? do i have to close the previous version of the image on gimp and re-send it? or is there a reload button?
I use CSP and I dont know how to make it work. It has something similar to a "launcher" for all your recent pieces. That's what opens when you click the software, so i dont know how to make it directly open the texture to edit it.
Anyone know how to make this work in Linux with gimp or Krita Flatpak installations? I've tried several times but can't make it work. In Linux it isn't as straight forward as finding the .exe file in the bin directory.
Yup, it works. You just have to use the path to 'CLIPStudioPaint.exe' in its installation folder. For a Windows machine, that path would be something like C:\Program Files\CELSYS\CLIP STUDIO 1.5\CLIP STUDIO PAINT\CLIPStudioPaint.exe

Not working with udims for me. It will just open the first one, not the rest
Can anybody confirm if this works with clip studio paint?

but the image is too small
its not working :(
