    I'm 66 and really appreciate these workouts!!! Perhaps you can address folks my age who do these exercises concerning what to be aware of at our age that may differ from younger folks. Thank you so very much for all of your hard work on our behalf.

    I'm 58 and I was following along with you guys for about 9 months. I was always extremely sore for about 3 days even tho I stretched afterwards and drank my protein shakes. I could barely get out of bed. So I had to take a break from strength training. Now I'm back but easing back into it.

      no joking dude. I don't get why all the other channels give like 15 seconds to rest between sets on STRENGTH training, not HIIT workouts.

    Love y'all but this one wasn't my fave. Without a bench at home it's hard to do the modifications. Also, since I've been working out with you for a couple of years, I didn't need instructions -- cutting them out would pick up the pace.
