Simple, putting glue on the side not only fills the crack, but re-inforces it with the side-to-side motion of the glue. Makes it harder to crack it again.

@@TeamBatman137productions I have cracked torsos as well, but replacement is the only quality way to get rid of the crack. However, if you want to glue it, next time use it on the internal surface (in a case of the material cracked over).
This is not how to fix a Lego crack.! Yes, engineering wise you may if fixed the problem of the slack fitting. But the mini fig is now worthless. And the amount of glue? You must of moved it whilst drying? Or it would if been stuck to the table!

why not just use glue in the crack. Like this, isnt the refraction of the light from the glue much more visible thant the crack?

If you shine a light in it or along the side at a certain angle, you can spot it.

WAY too much super glue, omg. Just use the toothpick to get it down into the crack and squeeze it together. No reason to coat the entire side
