    2 or 3 bananas (frozen)
    3 dates, pitted
    20 cl of milk (animal or vegetable)
    10 almonds
    15 or 20 gr of 85% cocoa chocolate
    1 pinch of cinnamon
    1 scoop of whey (optional)
    SMOOTHIE II
    150 gr of kiwi
    100 avocado
    juice of 1/2 lime
    100 gr of cottage cheese
    1 handful of ice cubes
    1 Tbsp of honey or agave syrup
    1 basil leaf
    1 scoop of whey (optional)
    SMOOTHIE III
    200 gr of mango (frozen)
    100 gr of pineapple or 1 peach
    1 carrot
    15 cl of squeezed orange
    120 gr of natural yogurt
    1 scoop of whey (optional)
    SMOOTHIE IV
    150 gr of strawberries (frozen)
    50 gr raspberries
    50 gr of blueberries
    50 gr of oatmeal
    20 cl of cranberry juice
    100 gr of Greek yogurt
    2 mint leaves
    1 scoop of whey (optional)
