Cant believe Treasure Tech isnt on this list! Treasure Tech is a mod by HyperUltra64, bringing Warioland into Doom in a masterful way! From a gun that shoots fireworks (and has a right click that shoots out a cartoonesque bomb) to a harpoon that you can charge into to explode, Treasure Tech is fun and engaging. A demo for the map-focused mod, Treasure Tech Land, is available, while version 1.2 of the gameplay mod is out now. Please check it out, this needs way more support so HyperUltra will hurry up and release Treasure Tech Land Demo #2. He also deserves your love, do throw some his way.
@@i-evi-l hello! Thanks for the message. I had no idea it made a difference in the order you loaded the pks. That’s great to know. Will definitely go back and give thst a try. It was really fun even the wrong way!
Hi, just came across this video. I'm the main developer behind Jazz Jackrabbit Doom. Glad you enjoyed it. 😉 My apologies on the difficulty spike. When I first released, v1 days, people told me it was too easy. 🤣 Currently working on remaking Holiday Hell Hare I worked on in 2021. The episode is close to completion. In the meantime, enjoy the mod. The team and myself currently taking our time to make the everything runs smooth.
Hey! Nice one. Thanks for the message. Nothing wrong with a tough game. I just need to ‘git gud’. I’ll be sure to check out the next episode. Got plenty of recommendations for future videos so will add it to the list 😊.
Your options for playing SRB2Kart online in Europe are quite limited. Every Sunday at 8PM GMT an SRB2Kart server called Kartcade fills up for a few hours though. This has been going on for a while and will presumably continue to do so until the game's sequel is released. I always try to be there, drop by if you like. :)
Cracked me up with "telling me how I use the wrong doom launcher and settings" lols! Far as TC mods go most of them need GZDoom anyway so you do not have much choice, for example Brutal Wolfenstein is very much GZDoom only, just like Brutal Doom is (well current versions, some older versions of BD would work with Zdoom and Zandronum too but even then only Zdoom based source ports).
SRB2 Kart has also mods for it (like a mod for a mod of a mod...). Never really explored it but saw some videos of it like having doom guy and other characters from other franchise as playable characters.
I've seen SRB2 on every Doom mod compilation for years and while it's great and still being updated, I've never heard a word about the Super MAYhem '17 WAD.
1:46 I've ONLY ever used ZDL; I know NOT if it's Windows exclusive. 🤷♀ 5:44 My only question: Where's the #GoldenGun? ... There's a set of DooM mods that allow one to have Unreal/UT weapons, enemies, music, voices (announcer too(!)), and physics, but those seem to have been lost...I used to have the entire collection, but that was on my other PC, that was stolen...(I lost a lot of stuff because of people looking for booze money)
22:30 this game doesn't have a casino level still a great game though 25:43 this game almost always has lots of servers up, some of which have a good amount of players; maybe the servers were having problems when you looked
Well, since you listed Sonic Robo Blast 2 and Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart, I have 2 more suggestions for you The first one being Sonic Robo Blast 2 Persona. I think they've didn't finished the main campaign yet, but as for now we do have an conversion of Persona 3 Tartarus with Sonic characters, and it does support multiplayer and mods (something that SRB2 and SRB2K also support) The second one is Mega Man 8-bit Deathmach. I actually didn't enjoyed this one very much, but just because I'm not an deathmatch guy, burt as an Mega Man fan I can confirm that is very well made. It have all the robot masters and their respective weapons and stages, alongside some characters like Protoman, Roll, Bass, etc. I think it's worth checking out
Imagine if we got that sonic instead of sonic 3D back in the day. That would of been a crazy come up for Sega.

Well. Luckily I have a third instalment on my to do list for March. So if there’s any more let me know 👌. Thank you.
Hey buddy! Compiler of the GoldenEye gzDoom mod here!
You loaded the maps and main pk3 backwards. It looks correct afterwards.
Cheers and thanks!

The fact that people can create completely different games using the doom engine, just shows how flexible it is, even after all these years!
I mean, GZDoom isn't what the classic Doom games used.

SUPERDOOM is the most innovative mod I've played in years!

To go online on SRB2-Kart you have to port forward your router. I've never done it because it's too complicated but it's possible

Brutal Wolf is hard AF
SRB2 being included in a video about Doom mods is never a good sign
You more of a Mario kinda person?
@@thereviewsbrothers3854 No, I just don't like seeing people being bad at SRB2
@@midi_feline yeah that’s fair 😅
no mention that the resident evil mod uses the maps from resident evil survivor?
I’ve never played that one. Didn’t know they were maps from a different game. Makes sense though.
Nice set of wads, At least believe they're called wads lol. Either way, nice list.

21:14 Is there a perk for beating the game fast, like in the first Metroid? :)

There any mod to increase the enemy's health?
Yes, something is wrong with your Golden Eye mod setup.
Thought so. I’ll have to give it another go.
do mask of sobek in your next video its by the same guy who made chakan

SRB2P is the best thing done with the Doom engine, never knew how much I wanted multiplayer Persona until I had it
theres also SRB2Infinity, which is a phantasy star/sonic crossover based on SRB2's engine
