They are coming man. They are coming. We just got done rebuilding the carb and flushing the tank so it runs like new again. That means the next video is going to be what exactly can you put in your gas tank that your bike will run on. After that it's the same but with lubricants. After that it's classified 😁
Honda could use this as a promotional video and testament to how bulletproof this thing is.
Pretty soon it will be on my lift being torn apart to see where it failed. Then I will show everyone exactly how not to rebuild an engine. lol

I have to inform you with a heavy heart that the rebel in this video has passed away 😔
HOWEVER... I will be doing an autopsy of sorts in a future video to see exactly what happened to finally kill it. I will go through the effects of the canola oil on the oiling system and clutch, tear down the top end to inspect the valvetrain, pistons, and combustion chamber, and I will see how the carb handled the various "alternative fuels" we ran it on.
Once this is done I will rebuild it in another video. But this time we will see if we can make cheap high compression pistons, experiment with various carb setups and likely add a turbo, install a fogger kit that injects things like nitro, brake parts cleaner, lacquer thinner, and any other combustible liquid (because nitrous is basic), and record the effects of these things. Because SCIENCE.
Whatever the case, there will be more rebel videos.

It is dead now sadly. But in the next rebel video I will be resurrecting it and bringing it back to life to build it into a dual sport adventure bike! I feel like there are a lot of these little rebels on the market for cheap and nobody really knows what to do with them except sell them to someone looking for a beginner bike. Well, what if they could actually serve a purpose? This video already shows they are pretty solid bikes capable of taking a lot of structural and mechanical abuse. So keep an eye out for that video! Of course we will attempt to destroy it after it's built. Because, you know, science!
