OH YES! The one Servant review I have been waiting for from you. I have him at lvl 100, 2k foud HP n ATK, and 10/10/10 skills. Halfway there on max bonding him. Seriously, he is one of my favorite Servant by design and simplicity.
There are a couple of problems to address though, First of all even though he is a quick servant he does not make many stars by himselft meaning he needs supports to supply him stars. second of all, he is very reliant on getting his battery to level 10 which costs a good amount of bones. Lastly he has zero party utility besides the fact he lowers enemy crite rate. This does not take away any of his good qualities but something to mention.
Indeed! It's why I wanted to focus (albeit briefly) on his own inability to generate stars - I think it does make him falter even if slightly, and that combined with the EVIL BONES requirement always made me put Robin ahead of him. But still, undoubtedly a remarkable Servant
i think nightingale is a better option to move his star generation problem with both of them aving a quick type NP instead of skadi having a arts one, nightingale dont have the team NP battery charge but also has a NP Buff with a Guts included, that also moves that billy only survavility move is eye of the mind fake so putting him with nightingale and Hans is a REALLY good idea
he with some kind of survival supporter and atk buffer is so great (martha lily cough cough), he have a great base but like other a great base with right support is phenomenal.
I really hope they buff his Quick Draw. Don’t get me wrong, a free 50% battery on a 3 star of all servants is amazing; but for a crit servant I’m surprised it doesn’t drop stars for him or even apply a crit absorb rate up.
It's very much one of those skills that is *excellent* but in 2022 seems a little...barren? I agree, a second effect (e.g. a star bomb) would be very useful (ditto: Arts buff on Medea)
I'd say he needs a buff to his s1 more than anything. Give it a star bomb and an atk up and he will be golden. The fact that he has no offensive buffs aside from crit makes his damage underwhelming a lot of the time
Crit cowboy is good but I didn't raise him yet because I already have a berserker-like archer that do higher crit damage everytime he strike with quick card
Just rolled Gilgamesh from half ticket half quartz roll(never even dreamed of it).Now I am in Camelot singularity with lvl 60 Euryale and was also in process of lvling robin hood.Billy the kid was my endgame project now but now I have to lvl up my abusive king🥲
@@SuneDunes Then a np2 bradamante(already had 1) and a tamamo no mae and with Anne& bonne & Vlad III.This was while spending 56 sq.Then I got greedy and spent another 66 sq and got nothing.Now I think my luck ran out and won't be able to get castoria this year . For which I was saving my sq for🥲

Billy The Crit, best cheao Archer ST when enemy is not male or has debuff immunity.
He is astonishing; great combination of good NP and prolonged crit presence!

Exactly, it’s barren. Although, unlike servants such as Phantom and Gilles Caster; there is a solid base line with an obvious established niche.
