It's really important Billy uses his evade on the first turn. With the Atlas MC cooldown reduction the evade will be back in time to block a NP.

OneWeebGaming Not possible, Emiya's NP is an AoE and Billy is a ST, Emiya dont do enough damage

Honako Green he’s pretty rare for an f2p player like me just to get him np2 and his strengthening quests haven’t came out in NA so he is mostly unpractical to use in NA solos right now but when will the two strengthening quest be released?
