- Transforming my old camper van with a fresh new truck bedliner paint job. This raptor liner is pretty easy to apply. You can tint it to virtually any color you want.  And I can refresh an old van like this with fresh paint that I don’t have to worry about getting scratched by branches and brush while I’m out camping.

RAPTOR is the best do it your self bedliner/texture product in the industry! Both fac pack black and the tintable are great and super durable

That's what i want to do to my 34 year old Class A RV. Its fiberglass is all scratched up from gerting driven through
brush. Im more of a boondocker than a RV Resort camper. And I'm wanting to do it up in different stripes like a fancier paint job with decals.
Back in the day I refreshed a few tired old rust buckets with alum flashing, rivets, alum HVAC tape, a couple quarts of Rust-Oleum, and some foam brushes. Rustoleum was less than $5 per quart back then. Made a $300 car look like a $1200 car on a Saturday for less than $20 bucks. Mix aluminum color with color of choice for a sort of metallic look.
Ever heard of a spray-tent? Something like envirenoment? Come on man ... . Such a beautiful stunning paintjob, but take your responsabilities where they are: at your doorstep.

How many gallons did you wind up using of the Raptor in the end
I used 9 liters if I recall correctly
I’m fixing to do this in a few days on a jeep my only concern is , does the color come out lighter that you picked out due to the white raptor liner ? I guess what I’m trying to say is did your blue come out the same as you intended? Looks great man love the old school two tone.
The tintable raptor is a sort of grey color. It’s came out close enough to the correct color that it’s hard to tell a difference but I’ve hear of people getting their tint colors a tad lighter to compensate for the grey.
What about the added weight?
Wasn’t concerned about it.
On vehie without rust or peeling clear, how much sanding is needed?
All the surfaces need to be sanded before spraying.
