I Painted My Camper Van With A ROLLER!

- So finally, I am done!
I decided to paint the outside of my camper van gray, but not the usual way. I used fence paint from a nearby store and used a roller to paint it onto the van. The result was shockingly nice for what it is, and it's at least much better than white, in my opinion.
Now, you might wonder why I am working on the brakes if they worked. Luckily, I got hold of the work schedule from the last inspection, and the brake lines in the back were not going to pass this time around. While working on the brakes, I noticed the wheel bearing was bad as well, and that bearing is in combination with the rotor, so then I wanted new pads and so on.

What do you think about painting a van with a roller, let me know!
Great Job!
Won't the paint attract dirt? I guess a dark colour is fine in the North. Looks great!
You did a good job.
@@Gregorio-d3q How does paint attract dirt?
Good job man! I like the idea of painting a panel at a time.
Thank you!
From the Netherlands…. Great job. I like it that you took your time and you took the time to clear the roof. Love the color and the result.
Thank you so much!! 😊
The overall effect looks great… But I’m not sure that texture is something I would want on mine. I think I’m going to look at spraying instead.
white spirits mixed in the paint, roller on the paint then go over it with a brush wiping the paint off the brush every time gives a good finish have to give it more coats though.
Sound like a nother grate way to do it! 🙂
Congrats on passing inspection 🎉
Thank you! It took som time but finaly!
Looks fantastic, Well done! Sooo much better than white!
Thank you! I think so too 🙂
White is doing great in sunny climate
@@You_Can_Do_If Indeed, my van is silver which I'm happy for because its 30 degrees at the moment!

Good shose my friend!! 🙂
That is great man. Love the color. It almost at first looks like a rhino liner. Keep it up, from New York.
Thanks! Ye I am super happy whit the result of the painting 😁
Well done 👏 I’ve just washed scrubbed and painted the roof of my van white hammerite.was going to do black, but bird waps thought better just keeping it white.would like to do black raptor from the trims down 👍.✊🙏❤️👌👊😎
Thank you! 🙂
I like it
Thank You!
Great job. It looks like a completely different vehicle !!!
I noticed you painted your wheels black. What was your process there? Thanks i advance.
Thank you! Ye it was a total transformation. The weels I just made quick and easy. Brushed of the worst rost, masked around the ruber and then used regular black spraycans. 😃
Very nice, how much have you spent? I guess it’s way cheaper than using the Raptor specific paint!
Thank you! Yes it is, I spent around $120 in total for everything
