It’s Christmas Day. I’m alone in Guatemala. It took strength to get my mat out this morning and my god did I sob during pigeon pose. But this Yin class was exactly what I needed. Thank you Kassandra. I don’t feel so alone now 🧘🏼

To my yoga mentor - the one who introduced me to yoga and inspired me to become an instructor, your practices are absolutely divine. After sitting in an uncomfortable chair, for long hours, for my corporate career, the only thing my body needs and craves are deep stretches to undo that built-up tension and tightness. Amazing!

Lovely! At some point I looked at the video and saw your cat rubbing against you and laying on the floor and I had an adorableness overload in the middle of the session 😭 Loved it
It has been three weeks since breast reduction surgery and your class is the first real activity besides short easy walks that my body has been able to tolerate. I am not allowed to exercise in a way that will raise my heart rate for 6 weeks. Your class was perfect in that it focused on the lower body. As a busy CrossFit athlete, I like to move but at this time it is good to slow down and allow my body to heal. Focusing on mobility and slowing down my mind is helpful. Thank you!

I agree I don't like a lot of talking in my yoga practice. I chose you specifically because I really like the way you speak to us and how you explain things. This is absolutely one of my favorite hip practices. I was injured in May of 2004 (now it's November of 2004) and I've done this today for the first time since my injury. It felt so good! thank you for everything you do 🤍 By the way, you've inspired me to order the sheet music for undercover vampire policeman. I love that song. I feel very inspired when I'm doing your yoga practice and you are the one who taught me. I really appreciate it 🫶

I’ve been struggling with a chronic hip pain flare up for the past several weeks and these long holds really felt like I was washing out all that stagnant hip pain with the compression and blood flow. I’m on a 365 day yoga challenge, I’m on day 7, and I’ve been doing one of your classes per day for the past 6 days now. I can’t wait to do more full hour classes with you. Namaste 🙏🏼

I had really bad hip issues the last 2 days. And at the beginning of the exercise ist was really hard. Wanted to give up with gomukhasana, and I lay down…. when I realized, I can do it In laying gomukhasana. Since then it was fine. Now my hips feel much better. Thank you so much. 💚🙏💚

I taught 4 yoga classes a week many moons ago. After years of ignoring my body, I started vigorous dance classes and injured my left glutes and hip muscles last year. Finally getting on the mat today was emotional (good old hips) but it fed me on a deep level. Thank you!

Really enjoyed this lower body focused Yin practice. I really struggled with the first "Horse" pose. It seems my left internal hip rotation is lacking a lot of mobility. I felt this more in the joint capsule than muscular. The right side was much more bearable. Slow and steady breathing was very helpful. Thank you!
My cats really wanted to play with Cleo when they saw her on the screen. Absolutely appreciate this practice because my hips have been a sore lately from running and this was a perfect way to balance that out. Thank you!

Awesome sequence Kassandra. I’ve been struggling with a chronic hip pain flare up for the past several weeks and these long holds really felt like I was washing out all that stagnant hip pain with the compression and blood flow. I’m on a 365 day yoga challenge, I’m on day 7, and I’ve been doing one of your classes per day for the past 6 days now. I can’t wait to do more full hour classes with you. Namaste 🙏🏼

I had really bad hip issues the last 2 days. And at the beginning of the exercise ist was really hard. Wanted to give up with gomukhasana, and I lay down…. when I realized, I can do it In laying gomukhasana. Since then it was fine. Now my hips feel much better. Thank you so much. 💚🙏💚

I taught 4 yoga classes a week many moons ago. After years of ignoring my body, I started vigorous dance classes and injured my left glutes and hip muscles last year. Finally getting on the mat today was emotional (good old hips) but it fed me on a deep level. Thank you!

I really enjoyed that practice. Perfect for legs and hips that are a bit sore and stiff from running. Thank you. I also find I am best able to soften and relax in the quiet spaces .
Really enjoyed this lower body focused Yin practice. I really struggled with the first "Horse" pose. It seems my left internal hip rotation is lacking a lot of mobility. I felt this more in the joint capsule than muscular. The right side was much more bearable. Slow and steady breathing was very helpful. Thank you!
My cats really wanted to play with Cleo when they saw her on the screen. Absolutely appreciate this practice because my hips have been a sore lately from running and this was a perfect way to balance that out. Thank you!

I think I need to try this again another day. I was trying it in the morning and I think I was maybe to stiff, or so used to doing Yoga to energize in the morning...I am going to try it again as an evening practice, think it will go better.
