This was so refreshing. I love water, whether it's the ocean, a small pond, or a river.

Unfortunately I can only provide one-on-one guidance to people I'm working with one-on-one. I do hope the videos I've shared to the channel, along with personalized guidance from your health care team, help you reach your goals. Be well!

@nambasalem870 Hi there 👋🏾 Your English is lovely. I understood exactly what you meant ☺️
Now to answer your questions, not everyone ovulates on cycle day 14, many don’t. If you’re trying to conceive, in general, it’s recommended you have sex on the days prior to ovulation, the day you ovulate, and maybe the day after. There’s a bit more nuance and variance that I just can’t get into in the comment section.
The only ways to know when your body is preparing to ovulate is to use OPKs or identify your fertile window using your cervical mucus. Avoid assuming you ovulate on day 14. Again, many people do not ovulate on day 14.
I don’t subscribe to the idea that being active will ruin your chances of conceiving. Of course, some people (typically people who were over exercising and undereating) may benefit from reducing their activity but most people can still do a variety of light, moderate, and even vigorous activity during the luteal phase without issue as long as they are listening to their bodies and adjusting accordingly (and following their doctor’s recommendations.)
Our bodies are resilient and benefit from movement. We don’t need to be so fearful and rigid around conception.
      Hope that helps!
