Been rocking with my Laredo right now, probably will head up to the Austin next unless I talk myself into holding onto the Laredo a bit longer (I’m guessing it’s discontinued as I saw a new model at Walmart) and grab a copperhead before I make the switch to the Austin. But my Laredo just did a pork shoulder that was pretty awesome!
The lcd panel on the Savannah is hard to see in daylight / any amount of sun. You have to almost get eye level to see the readout. The Austin XL is very bright and clear and you can see that readout very easily. Otherwise this is the perfect unit.

Cant see the LCD panel on my KC Combo during the day. Aint no way they tested the LCD outside before installing them on the grills.

Prime your bowl by putting pellets in before starting it. Also it depends on speed and temp. They also might have closed the exhaust to build some up
