    This Ute or in fact all American utes entering Australia will affect the sales of small utes for sure as more people realising that these utes are more sort of daily and weekend getaway with ease with big cab and big loading bed

    needs the Supercharged Voodoo V8 and where is the Lightning? Come on Ford Australia at least give the AU market the ProPower Hybrid version. Now its time for Toyota with the Tundra.

    Yes, good stuff but does it come with a gun rack in the back window to display your semi automatic? Just kidding, of course it doesn't but my experience in TX gives paise for thought because 75% of Texas Trucks have one fitted as an after sales option.

      Rifle storage has moved behind or under the back seat these days. Too many sticky fingers to leave anything valuable in view.

    4:48 that is because in the US it's towing capacity is over 6 tonne, it's been lowered to 4.5 tonne in Australia so it tows with absolutely 0 issue

      Way better than a Ranger V6, it’s a magnificent beast that once you start driving, you start feeling the pleasure. It just feels so much fun and you are in control. Apart from the parking issues because of its massive size, everything else is just amazing.
      I’ve driven all All Ford Trucks for a number of days, Ranger 3.2L, 2.0 BiTurbo, 3.0 V6 and also Raptor 3.0 V6 Petrol. F150 3.5 Twin Turbo tops them all.

    Why do you keep calling a truck as a "car?" And why there's an amber side markers? Not from the ford factory not supposed to be there.
    And this is my first time seeing this because there's a recent recall about those trucks now

    • @Drivecomau
      @Drivecomau  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Australia's new car market includes passenger vehicles, SUVs, utes (or trucks if you prefer) and vans, so we use 'car' as a collective turn. The lights may have had changes from models sold in North America to reflect the requirements of Australian Design Rules to ensure compliance for sale here.

  • @pauldoitcheap4343
    @pauldoitcheap4343 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Why bother - if they cannot build it in the states with right hand drive on the assembly line, don't pull it apart to do so here in AU . Pulling it apart and modify to right hand makes it second hand = loss value / reliability / insurance risk $ etc and the stupid only buy it $ .

    • @rich7447

      Ford is having enough trouble supplying enough trucks for the LHD market in the US and Canada. I have been waiting for 20 months for my F450 order and it is still not scheduled to be built.
