I played through the standard intro and then the duviri questline and then I pounded through duviri intrinsics in "experience" mode. The melee weapons you can unlock that way are both very good and helpful for mastery. I also discovered how helpful this was for leveling frames and weapons. I think it's worth pointing at that, when you get there, faction standing and focus are also REALLY good in the circuit. Even normal circuit I can easily cap both in a play session. Finally the vendor in duviri sells incredibly useful stuff for early game players and the resources for obtaining them are basically guaranteed if you're playing the mode.Catalysts, reactors, adapters, arcanes, and more general crafting materials you'll need if you haven't progressed the star chart enough to farm them efficiently. Of course that's all on top of the free frame + augment + supporting mods you get every week just for playing circuits. It really couldn't be more friendly for a starting player.
The Circuit is one part of the Duviri Paradox expansion that you unlock upon doing the quest (you can do it anytime, can even be the first quest you do). In there you can play in multiple, difficulty-increasing levels that reward you Duviri resources and, more importantly, you can select one Warframe per week and so you do the Circuit to level up your progression so that they reward you with the blueprints for that Warframe that you can then craft to unlock it for your Arsenal.
Duviri, Complete the Duviri Paradox Quest, and then when you click on the Duviri icon in Navigation (Starchart) you'll see on the left side, the Circuit. The Circuit will have 3 random Warframes, choose the one you want to acquire, and then start and complete the Circuit to obtain the Blueprints for that Warframe (and other rewards).

Started Diviri.. hate drifter stuff so didn't progress it much. Guess I'll have to poke back in to see if I can get to this stuff.
