Just a tip when eating Filipino Food:
The protein (beef, fish, chicken. pork) is always meant to be eaten (same bite) as the rice. Just like you wouldn't have finished the smash burger patty, then proceeded to eat the bread buns. The Pata and the rice were meant to be in the same mouthful.

Looks like you've found Burger Bliss and those smashed potatoes look crazydelicious! @@KelsAcosta crispy PATA is nothing without the dipping sauce. It is a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, onions, sugar, pepper, chillies.
