Try crispy pata dip it in soy sauce mixed with vinegar, hot pepper, kalamansi, onions and garlic. its delicious specially the pork skin just eat it while its hot and crispy
If you're Vegan, my best advice is never go to a Filipino restaurants. Even our vegetable dish have some ingredients that came from animals. I actually never saw a Filipino restaurant that has a vegan dish, and never saw a vegan person in our people in my entire life 😂
