You're not some decrepit, lecherous old guy looking young women and cheap booze. I think your message of adventure and fulfillment resonate with many people who wrestle with the same dilemmas you once had before you broke free. Another great video!

Hi Sean, great video of the beautiful beaches and the crazy nightlife on the streets of Phuket. Must say the utilize every square inch of space and don't have any closed shops along the strip. Seeing the footage of the plentiful Marijuana shops and how open they are as to what they sell is really something, eye opening. Must say for the beaches they seem to keep the sand pretty clean from trash so people can enjoy the beach and waterfront areas.

Hello great to hear you will be going to Phuket. If you want a decent Hotel that you can walk to Bangla Rd in 2 minutes, I would choose Days Inn. It is close to all the action but far enough get some sleep at night. But if you want something a little nicer about 5 minute walk from Bangla road I would choose La Vintage or R Mar Resort. A little more money but definitely nicer place.
Right Right! My nephew there rt now. I like Krabi and up north in the jungle of Bangsaphan. On the beach much quieter for me. Everywhere i. thailand is great tho

I love Thailand! If you like to party, and haven't been, check out the Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan while getting a hotel on the beach. Vids make me wanna go back soo bad. If you go, I highly recommend visiting the bar on top the big rock at the end of the beach!

@@jrich5682 Lol again this is purely a guess as far as the percentage, it could be like 10 percent in reality, but there are a lot of ladyboys here and sometimes you can tell the difference easily and sometimes you can not tell the difference at all. Some of the most beautiful women I have seen here turned out to be ladyboys. It's best to ask because they usually will tell you. After awhile you just get used to seeing them, they are actually harmless. And remember Thailand still has a lot of very beautiful real women.

@thevikingnomad99 I hate to be the bearer of bad news but to get a retirement visa in Thailand you have to prove you make at least 65,000 baht a month, the baht and dollar always change in value, but right now, 65,000 baht is about $1,869 a month. Or you can keep 800,000 baht, which is $23,000, into a Thai bank account if you do not meet the monthly requirements.
That's the really tacky, low class thing about Thailand everyone is trying to sell you something every day on a continuous basis. And it gets really old, really fast. Just leave me the hell alone.
