Thank you much for this video. I have congenital Grade 1 Spondylolisthesis and the thousands upon thousands of sit-ups and crunches I did in the military just made my occasional lower back pain become constant until I sought outside help from chiropractors in my thirties. That reduced the pain to occasional again but came out of pocket. The US Army has since recruited chiropractors and I support that but education is even better. Thanks again!
You guys are amazing! Your instructions are clear and thorough and you take care to give warnings - no bulging biceps or bizarre graphics needed… just information - kudos!
Thanks for your content. I have spondy grade 1 with para defect L5/S1. Can this type of exercise applicable with those who like myself has pars defect? Is there other type of exercises? Much appreciated sir
Hi! So I've been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis a few months ago, and its been really hard as an extremely active person. It's a long story, but about a year ago I had a serious fall off my horse, nobody knew what it was. we decided to make an x-ray; we were told I had a fracture in my back L5 (so like broken) and I had to rest. 6 Months later I went back to see if it had gotten beter (even though the pain was the same/worse) and they diagnosed me with spondylolisthesis. Now Im doing exercises like this to make it hurt less and strengthen the muscles around it, but I was wondering if I could go back to my normal work out routine again or if that would mess things up? I used to train abs/core, inner thighs, glutes, quads and arms . When I was told my back was broken I stopped everything except arms because I thought it would make the situation worse, which led to a loss of all my progress. Now that I know what it is, I want to start again, but my question is if I can do exercises like, toe touches, plank, toe taps, reverse plank, plank dips, fire hydrant etc... without affecting or making anything worse..?
Thanks a lot for your helpful videos. My MRI diagnose is: Minimum protrusions L3 and L5 , degenerative spondilolisthesis L4-L5, grade1, with sciatica simptoms first at left leg and after a while on both legs . I also have radicular cysts Tarlov S1 left,S2 right and S3 bilateral and osteoartritis. I am 68 years old. Are these exercises for spondilolisthesis also recomanded for my all other diagnosis? Best wishes!
Lately Nov 2023 my spondylisthesis progressed to stage 2. May I ask, what happens when the stage reached stage 5? Will it create paralysis of the body?

When I extend my legs, on last exercise, I hear a click from both of my legs, next to the pubic area, on the front. Have I got a problem with my legs too? 😅😅
Wow!I love the upside down bird dog. But I think it would be safe for this patient to do a bird dog as well, as long as the spine is kept out of extension
Would you guys ever recommend getting back to squats or deadlifts after spondy ? I am grade 1 with about 7 mm L5 slip forward. I can't find any specific information for me on when I can get back to lifting or what kind of lifting I should do or should avoid. Anybody have any advice?

How is even a grade 2 (50%) slip possible without severing the spinal cord?
What about fused vetebrae.
I have spondy. Is it possible to cure spondy with chiro adjustment sessions and exercises ? It’s grade 1.
