I had to wait four and half years for Remington to work out all their issues to get the pretty solid edition that I have now. Then Ruger knocks it outta the park on their first go around 💯 Guess I'll sell the Remlin and get the Ruger!
Two things I love put together in this vid: cartridge cuffs, and lever actions. Since getting a 1911, I have an opening for a new dream gun, and I think I found one......😍🇺🇸
Great job Ruger. Bill would have loved it. RIP. Have had many Ruger pistols and rifles. All not just good but superb. Except one recent .380 max. Customer svc took good care of me and made it right. My other favorite is Henry. Excellent in every way. Important to support our home land firearm compnies and 2A.

I wish I had enough money to buy a Ruger-Marlin 1895...! What a beautiful rifle...! Honestly I want it just so I could buy that leather cartridge cuff...! Nice👍
@@masonleather The matching BFR in 444 Marlin would be acceptable I believe but that is my one and only Safe Queen I own. Never fired it but I do have a hundred rounds of Buffalo load to go with it just incase.😁👍🏻
I’m a lever gun fanboy. I have a couple JM’s, a Henry, and a Winchester. I need to get one of these Ruger Marlins. Ruger definitely did things right! Beautiful rifle and the leather work is great too 🇺🇸
I was working on a pump-action design that work with 45-70. But since the ammo is so hard to find where I am. I decide to make slight altercations for it to take Smith and Western 500. The Joul to pressure tolerances should be more than adequate.
Well done . I wish they"d bring back the classics .. How about a 336 classic well done . I do not like short barrels ,spiral bolts . How about nice walnut or maple with a metal for end cap holding a blued 22 or 24 inch barrel .
It’s right on the edge of needing to file it, I was able to get it zeroed just by turning the peep, but like you’re saying it’s almost not enough… after I mess with it more I may actually take a little off the front sight, once I settle on a load for it.
One question, what is the purpose of the red target dot? Side note.. I love your leather work and will be ordering stuff from you soon I just can’t decide which rifles I want cuffs on. Definitely my Marlin .30-30 and my 870 magnum express slug gun are getting cuffed and new slings from you.
Thank you, Ruger, for saving Marlin and making it great again.
I second the motion

I love it, God bless!
Does anyone sell them for a reasonable price? None of my local shops have them, and the prices I see on gunbroker are insane for a lever action.
Ugh this is why Im broke all the damn time.
Bruuu the inch worm did anyone notice 😭😭😭
yup
At the muzzle end of the fore grip at the barrel.
@@darryladams519 right on top of the barrel band next to the sling point yeah
Oh shit! Good eye!!
LOL, it's just a tiny worm. If it was a leech...that would be different!
That's such a beautiful rifle, ruger did their thing with this lever action.
Absolutely agree!
That looks so good look at all the melted edges everything is so smooth looking
💯
Just shows why Remington has been circling the drain for the last 20 years. Ruger craftsmanship is truly Americana
Ruger craftsmanship? That's kind of stretching things. Ruger is basically the Plymouth Chrysler of guns.
@@WALTERBROADDUS Says who? Never heard that anywhere except for right here. Anything to back that up with or are you just running your mouth?

Damn it man my wife's gonna see this. I've bought her 3 rifles this yr. Now I'm gonna hear bout this. Thanks alot my man lol
Beautiful pc my friend

Is Ruger a German company
damn ruger did a nice job on that ! that thing is sweet.
Agreed!
want that in .444 Marlin.

I wish I had enough money to buy a Ruger-Marlin 1895...! What a beautiful rifle...! Honestly I want it just so I could buy that leather cartridge cuff...! Nice👍
love my .45 cal marlins. first rifle I bought was a Marlin guide gun in .450 Marlin, then a Marlin xlrv stainless and green birch full size.
Nice
Beautiful!!!
Agreed!
Now this is an amazing piece. love it
Beautiful
Beeeaaauuutifulll!!
If i didnt already own a JM stainless 45-70 with skinner sight id be all over thatt model.
It’s still worth it, I honestly think the new Ruger/Marlins are better than JM’s
@@masonleatherwhat are JM's
That would go great with my BFR in 45-70!
It would!
@@masonleather The matching BFR in 444 Marlin would be acceptable I believe but that is my one and only Safe Queen I own. Never fired it but I do have a hundred rounds of Buffalo load to go with it just incase.😁👍🏻
I have to admit that’s a pretty nice looking rifle. Looks sturdy and practical.
Agree!
God I hope they get the 1894s back out soon. That is the lever action I want.
Ruger is 👌 awesome!!
Come on man, that's beautiful,I'll never afford that
If you deliver pizzas at night for a month you can. Seriously. It’s attainable.
Wow, that's exactly the idea I had when they came out but my motorcycle transmission is being rebuilt 😭
I've been waiting a while for the cowboy model to come back. Still waiting 😊
Does it come with a caterpillar free
This one did 🤣
Absolutely gorgeous
My wife: "What'cha got there?"
Me: "A smoothie."
Gorgeous rifle.
The rogue caterpillar was trying to arm itself
Sweet! 🤩
That's really very nice.
I want one. But good luck finding it.
Nice rifle! I'd prefer wood grain, instead of the composite wood.

The worm would be like don't mind me guys 😂
Shout out to that lil guy
What a massive improvement
Beautiful.
Never shot one, but love it. Beautiful.
Bet that cost a shiny new penny or two but it's probably worth both of them I love it just a awesome gun.
Awesome looking gun!
It definitely is!
I love love it ❤
that is a beautiful gun
Agree!
Ruger Rules

fucking love this gun
45/70: T Rex rated🍻
very nice rifle
Like that!
I like the threaded barrel.
The inchworm💀
Love the little worm on it
He’s the star of the show!

Should never have sold mine these used to be like 700 bucks. Almost triple that now
I know how you feel
Did you have to file down the bear buster front sight to get it to zero? Or was there enough adjustment in the skinner trapper rear sight.
It’s right on the edge of needing to file it, I was able to get it zeroed just by turning the peep, but like you’re saying it’s almost not enough… after I mess with it more I may actually take a little off the front sight, once I settle on a load for it.
Badass gun😎
Great rifle, extremely expensive seeing 400% increase over 8 years! Ain’t buying one unless original Marlin for just over there price
got a Henry now need a ruger made marlin
I agree 🤠
Never really liked ruger's weapons but lately it seems like they're doing a lot better
I just love lever action weapons they are intriguing to me
I love them too man
Sweet rifle. I have a lever gun in my safe as a badge against the day the pull all the dangerous black rifles.
ssri is responsible for all mass shootings.
What a beautiful thing
That's a nice rifle.
I want one so badly.
Wow beautiful 🤩
Looking decent ☺️
I wish they would make this in blue steel and walnut stock
They will eventually
@@masonleather hopefully I want the guide gun in walnut
💪🤠👍
🤜🏼 💥
Would like Ruger to start building pistol caliber rifles like Marlin used to
Nice🤤
Very nice
I can't imagine something that powerful actually being suppressed
My dream rifle 😜
HELL YEAH.!!! 🤪
I'm impressed with the gun but not the price
Oh yeah, now I see it!
Very nice.
