Best fitness videos out there. New subscriber here, as someone battling MS, my left leg is about 60% as strong and lack of balance forces me to use SSB for squats and mostly Hatfield version for balance. I follow along with your workouts anyway and do what I can. Thanks for motivating me.
Great workout my brother I feel ya. I'm 65 years old. I have bone on bone on both my knees and a little bit of a lower back issue like you said you have to push through your shit. Keep up the great videos. AND I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS WITH THE KNEES. TRY TO AVOID A KNEE REPLACEMENTS.

@@danielirisarri3518 that's for ALL his HATERS. I see them all the time accusing him of steroids lol! I've been accused of steroids and I don't look as RIPPED AS PAUL although I have more weight as muscle. It's so dumb. I know what a steroid freak looks like and that's not Paul. He's just been running and doing cross training a long time and eats very well! His body has adapted to it and he has good genetics. His body is just hard work plus clean eating and correct exercises day and day out.
From the side legs look good. From the front too small. Compare leg size to waist size. Too much upper body development, too little lower body work. Change your priorities. Especially if you advise other people

@ I think his legs look good. I have no problem with muscular arm’s and upper body. It’s just that huge midsection that throws everything off balance. That’s the difference between real athlete and a bodybuilder. You won’t see that on Usain Bolt and Noah Lyles
He isn’t Usain Bolt or Noah lyles. He said at the end. Just a 53 yro normal guy. Giving some people a little inspiration. I’m 54 and have been training my entire life. This man is qualified.
@@motorcycleboy_reigns all he does is lift weights. Show me video of him running 5k in under 20 min. Let’s see his VO2max. Then we talk. Lifting is not training
