+We hold the world in our hands Novelists is pretty sick. I just started listening to Ghost Iris (who they're friends with) and Silent Planet. Great bands.
quality control for normal customers is basically nonexistent, same as custoemr service. they are very hit and miss but more often miss than hit. search for "UNBIASED GEAR REVIEW - Legator Ninja 300-Pro Fanned Fret 6-string Guitar" on youtube, there are more cases like this.
Not as many as you think. I've played with 3 bands with Legators and very minimal issues. One of them I even got into a deep conversation about this exact problem. They have certainly stepped up their game, because the things he had ordered weren't the top of the line Legators, but still had fantastic quality. So I think its an equal amount of hit or miss. Recently, more hit than miss. I did see UNBIASED guitars review on the legator, and they nitpick everything. Like NIT PICK. Especially things that won't even effect playability. I can tell you I've seen more than enough high end Ibanezes with the same quality, if not worse, for 4 times the price. But that's all entirely from MY experience being in the music scene.
Love love love it! It's seems to be one of the simplest songs to play on the album but it's still sounds super tight. I especially love the lead guitar throughout the entire song. High Horse next please?
I was always laughing at guitarists who make weird faces while playing the guitar. In this video Adam and Jibs have no emotion at all :P These riffs and song are amazing the same as the entire Lost Isles album! Cool guitars btw. :)
So I'm just taking a guess here, but it sounds like they're playing in drop G# tuning... I could be totally wrong but it has to be either drop A or drop G#
There are a couple playthroughs for Hikari! The playthroughs are for Escapist and Covert, no documentary though, they’re supposed to be releasing a new album this year, very soon!!
allows the lower strings to be tuned low without sacrafising tension, and the higher strings to be looser for easier bends and other soloing techniques
Neither of these guys seem all to enthralled by their playing very often lol OAA is just Chris Turner playing drums with some metal core behind it fight me
Easily one of the most talented bands on the label and the genre by far!!
Aldo Crespo they're metalcore lol
They are not metalcore... I would say they are Hyper Progressive Djent/Core
+Aldo Crespo There are plenty of progressive metalcore bands out there. Erra, Northlane, August Burns Red, Structures (RIP
Zack WallonDrums Novelists are better tho
+We hold the world in our hands Novelists is pretty sick. I just started listening to Ghost Iris (who they're friends with) and Silent Planet. Great bands.
I love James's vocals but just based off of this instrumental I think an instrumental version of the album would be fucking dope.
this comment needs more like and deserves a blegh
Trevyal BLEEEEGGGGHHH!!
BLEEEEEEGGGH!!
I just hate it when he sounds like he's throwing a fit
Trevyal BLLEEEGGHHH!!!
Those ocean themed harmonics tho so strong!
Dope playthrough, dope guitars
dope playthrough, shit ass guitars
alpenjodel24 what's wrong with legators?

love the leads on this track
How about a Downsides playtgrough ? I would love to see that, especially the tapping Part in the middle of the song !
Cant wait for a new album to come out
Easiest song on the album and it's still hard to remember those chugging parts. This song is a blast to play though.
Very well written song, pure talent
One of my favorite tracks of all time
so tight and so sprawling simultaneously .... I feel bad for people who live their lives for decades and never get to appreciate this
Im sorry but these guys are the best. And have been for a couple years now.
sorry for what? pointing out the obvious? shiit homie. lol.
Legators are so good, I just got my first jumbo fret in the mail and its so killer. Plays like butter
Yeees, this is cool! pleeease, release full instrumental version of Lost isles
My Cash this is nothing, although still good. you should check out Animals As Leaders if you want to hear God tier instrumentals only.
You guys really inspire me to start learning the guitar
Part Of Something has to be the next!!!
love this song along with part of something!!!!!!
This band instrumental is so good ! Best instrumental that i heard in a metal band ! Fucking love it !
I was always laughing at guitarists who make weird faces while playing the guitar. In this video Adam and Jibs have no emotion at all :P These riffs and song are amazing the same as the entire Lost Isles album! Cool guitars btw. :)
Awesome!
I bet Legator guitars forced you to do those playthroughs though xD
Love the instrumental version of this song
как же я их обожаю
топ банда вщ
I don't know why but the harmonics remind me of glaciers 😂😂😂
It reminds me of the lost isles cover
All the stuff on Lost Isles reminds me of the ocean and tidal waves.
Progressive Metalcore. It's always known for its atmospheric vibe. It's similar to ERRA's instrumental too.
Sick playthrough!
okay are we going to talk about how beautiful that blue guitar is
This is probably the best song on the album
Easily the most simple track on the album.
Doesn't make it any less awesome though!
It looks like they gave the hardest part to the drummer
Cryptiix you say that but this song is pretty much piss easy on drums compared other stuff on the album
its not piss easy lol, watch the drum playthrough. probably one of the most complex offbeat rhythms there is
Coco Zimme the most and the only, spent fucking 20$ on tabs and now can't learn anything, too hard
Great talent!
these are the dudes I got my inspiration from
There is something about that tone that gives me eargasm
Amazing man
beautiful
awesome
finally !!!!!
omg awesome!!!!!!!!
damn, that tapping reminds me of six gallery, i miss them
1:12 "hope i'll get pay for this"
So I'm just taking a guess here, but it sounds like they're playing in drop G# tuning... I could be totally wrong but it has to be either drop A or drop G#
Drop B man!
its drop B lowered 8 cents
Drop B at 432 Hz is lowered 31.8 cents, not 8
Legator is so cool
Nice!!
The tone of both of the guitars is so buttery mmm
James Is return 😊
PART OF SOMETHING!!!
Awesome 😍 . Im from Indonesian 🇲🇨
To good
shape of my heart guitar and drum cover pls
MIRAGE NEXT PLEASE
soooo, will Legator make amps available soon?!
what guitars they have? it's awesome. :D
Whats the pedal chain for melodic hardcore?
can anyone make out exactly how the lead guitar tapping part goes. im trying to figure it out but something seems off.
Adam O
Pretty sure there's already tabs out there for this song.
thanks for this, now I can play it. ♡OAA
What brand shirt is the guy on the right wearing?
Always wondered what the advantages to guitars with these types of fretboards were? Can anybody offer me some insight? :D
Better string tension all round, ergonomically makes more sense too
Where's the tabs of this awesome song?
Ya killed it.
Cracks🤘🏻👌🏼
Legator Amps?
🇧🇷❤️🔥
01:09 good tremolo.
Does someone know tunning (guitars) of this band guys?
most of it is in Drop B but in 432hz (explanation behind their song FourThirtyTwo)
Imagine if the person filming had the sense to focus on both Guitarists rather than constantly switching
i need to know how to play this song :'(
I wonder if they know what they’re doing Music theory-wise, because as a huge music theory nerd and a fan that would make me extremely happy
I'm an old man and really enjoy what you are doing...but you have to loosen up a little :-)
Where is hikari documentary ?
And hikari playtrough ?
There are a couple playthroughs for Hikari! The playthroughs are for Escapist and Covert, no documentary though, they’re supposed to be releasing a new album this year, very soon!!
Can someone explain to me their frets?
Devin Hence Longer scale on the low strings, shorter on the high strings.
allows the lower strings to be tuned low without sacrafising tension, and the higher strings to be looser for easier bends and other soloing techniques
Tab pls
what is the tuning?
Drop B 432 Hertz instead of 440
tss 👌❤👊🔥
Tabs? Please ;-; I can try but its really hard off of a video or by ear to be honest.
Yeah , the tapping at the beginning ... omg
Right?!
000000
Look at Adam he's tabing cover was so EPIC FAILURE !!! But still FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!!
and James ????
GUITAR fuckin PLAYTHROUGH! .......
but film James Singing... will sick !!!
YESSSSSSS💕💕💕👍🏻💙💙💙💙🤘🏻
You know, i like the band, but i don't believe, even want belive, that legator lends itself for things like this...
They have the whammy effect but no whammy bar wtf? Unless they using a pedal or some shit
thanks to guitar hero live, now i know almost all this song by head .-.
chido,, lml
Neither of these guys seem all to enthralled by their playing very often lol OAA is just Chris Turner playing drums with some metal core behind it fight me
Legator guitars are ok.... Ibanez is better in my opinion.
BKD is the most simple part of this song i think lol
I can't help but head-bob like an idiot. This track is bauce.
Awe suck bro 🔥🔥🔥
idk if im more bored than they are or not
djent
They look so unhappy to play their own songs lol.
they trying to plau without any mistakes
