The reason the steel passed inspection, is because most inspectors dont know what they are doing. The U bars on the sides, prevents shear and delamination
so much work in it and when concrete in you cant see all that time spent anymore same as the plastering building walls and getting them straight takes so much time but when its all skimmed people dont see it :) have to get this done on our garage but the footings are all built and i just need to get it filed in some then mesh like you guys are doing no looking forward to that then concrete easy part :)

Hi Wayne no we don't need to test concrete. Just told the concrete supplier we are doing a raft and they worked out what type concrete we need for it 👍👍👍
Hi mate. We dug out next to the house foundation that was there and it was on a raft so inspector made us do the same. I think the ground was just made up on top soil too 👍👍👍
