I just love how you teach and how thorough you are. Some teachers teach with assumed knowledge of their students. Many patterns are written that way too. I especially love your quilting videos
Laura, OMG! Where do I start?!? Okay...first of all, one of the most amazing, best, easy to follow videos I have EVER SEEN! You provide so many incredible tips- many of which I have never heard of before. Seriously! From your tips about the pattern pieces and instructions, to your pinning tips, how to cut tips, your "Cuddle dust" fluff tips, your tip for the tiny tail. Truly- one of the best video tutorials I have ever watched! And, the elephant family is ridiculously adorable!!!! THANK YOU from all my heart. xoxo, Ellen
My favourite...elephants!!! Thank you for sharing such wonderful tips on how to make these. Now I can make my own. As always, a great tutorial. Thanks Laura
Oh that is so cute, I always thought of making a doll but I have not found patterns . And didn’t know how or where to start. The elephants look so cute , I love you hem. The different fabrics makes each one unique....❤️🌹❤️🌹
These elephants are so cute! I don’t know if I want them more for me or my grandkids! Lol. Your tutorial was so easy to understand. TY for sharing links for patterns!
My tuffet pin cushion kit (that I wanted so much even though I'll have to keep it "on ice" til I'm moved and settled in), came today! And because the stars must have all been in alignment, I noticed this video with elephants! I have a thing for elephants and was delighted to watch this. As I did, I became more and more astonished at the tips you were giving! It's like you're a scientist or engineer in the preciseness of your constructions and level of knowledge and skill. I hope it's all right to ask how you know so much more, and give so many more tips than anyone else, and can teach things so clearly. What prepared you to do what you're doing, Laura? I saw your vid on tailor hams and had no clue they could be used so many ways. You just know more than anyone I've known, and that includes sewing teachers! Finding you and being able to happily benefit in so many ways makes me think I must be living right! Thank you for bringing your special gifts to us and showing us how to have success experiences because of the special tips and methods you know!♡ (Since I wrote the above, I watched more of your tutes and found about how your mother taught you a lot. Lucky you!)
hahha you remind me of my sisters and mom and grandmas..always doing nifty crafts and dragging us boys in to do the boy stuffff hahaha thanks dear..made my day.. i have to build a little wooden box for an old outdoor red water pump for my mom in texas this week
Oh no you didn't!!!!! You KNOW my granddaughter is "Dumbo" or elephant obsessed! Oh my. You make it look SEW easy! And the "shaking in the bag" is genius! Thank you very much❣😘👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Adorable! And so many great sewing assembly tips I had to stop counting - I think at least a couple of dozen. I liked the distinction of the fabrics for the family members for even a toddler to feel the difference. What child wouldn't want to cuddle with that elephant family?
I am doing the mama elephant in a woven fabric. How do I get the arms to stretch to join together. Could I put a small gathering stitch in or just clip the seam allowance to make it fit.
Hello i'm from france i i LOVE your video soo much you make such of good thing but i want to ask you a question what is the name of the quilt on the background of this video Comment utiliser un 6 1/2 "Square Up Ruler tout en faisant un bloc Moulinet (Jan BOM) Thanks you a lot

But everybody kept tell I should color it and is my natural color gray hair and I don't look on me, but I will kept my gray I think is beautiful the way LORD change our color hair as we get old. Once again thank you.
I was hoping you'd show how to see the double sided fabric which I bought to make for my great grand children. I had to hand see because it wouldn't go through my machine. Is there a trick?
