Thank you so much! I'm optimistic about continuing to discover the perfect music at the right volume to enhance the videos. I truly appreciate your helpful feedback; it means a lot to me.
Another great time Ian, very consistent as always 👍🏻. FYI Greenwich & Bexley Hospice are at Thames Path Parkrun doing another Santa Run next Saturday if you end up going there 😆🎅🏻
Impressive run especially given the conditions. I found that the grass parts, slope down and the muddy corners were horrible! I was relieved to get back on the path. I will remember your comment about wearing trail shoes for the next Greenwich Parkrun. (For me Christmas Day). I look forward to your next video. Thank you. I wish you a good week.
It’s definitely the slowest conditions it’s been all year. I am going to try to make it on Christmas Day, but while cooking dinner, hopefully, if I can time the turkey crown and other dishes correctly, I will be able to make it and try the trail shoes. At least I will feel more confident on the slopes and turns.
@@inmruns The conditions really made a difference. In my case slow gets even slower! Ha, ha - I am sure that you can time the cooking to enable you to do parkrun. I too will wear trail shoes on Christmas Day and I am sure that they will make a difference.
Really enjoying the new atmospheric sound format.

Appreciate it, Paul. I’m considering tackling the Thames Path for my long run; it could really motivate me to get those long runs going again!
@@inmrunsThat sounds like a fantastic plan Ian, hopefully you’ll be running towards London & not Erith though to avoid going past the sewage works 🤢🤮
