I love they added Luffy's treasure tab reference. I don't think they'll explain it here, but as a kid, Luffy used to tell Makino (the barmaid) that he'll pay her back every time she fed him a meal with the treasure he'd find as a pirate. Since Makino always accepted it, you can guess why he thought that'd work here too.

Eichiro Oda almost refused to reveal early on that Garp was Luffy's grandfather. But after various discussions with other producers and scriptwriters, he finally gave the green light for it to be reveal this early on.
@@Nastyn1nja808 Actually, me too. Hopefully Oda will always keep an eye on the next production, because you know, they like to drastically change the storyline. Like The Witcher for instance. Luckily Henry Cavill is a fan of The Witcher, as soon as he knew the changes were so drastic, he quited.
I think this was a good call. Oda wanted to bring One Piece to the world and there are a number of people who do not plan to go to the anime and manga cause they don’t like the medium despite loving the show. For those people this may be the only look they get into the complex interwoven plots of One Piece. Also since they’re covering Koby’s training arc anyway and we know Garp must have told him, why not? It works for me.
In case you were wondering, that guy that Sanji fed with the fried rice was one of Don Krieg's crewmates. So he was talking about Mihawk destroying 50 ships and killin 5000 men
Moving the Garp reveal early and giving more screentime to the Marines was probably meant to help with worldbuilding and give some nuance to the world. Because while the worldbuilding in One Piece is crazy good, the East Blue saga has more of a "villain of the week" vibe to it. With Mihawk being an exception, since he's basically an endgame boss hanging around beginner areas out of boredom.

@@humanoidfrog4645 Up until Loguetown at least, which is the first arc that breaks the "show up, identify villain, beat villain, leave" pattern. There's little world building involved, which is fine for a long running manga, but may feel bland for a contained season of a show. At least I think that's why the showrunners decided to go this way.
Mihawk is one of my favs as well. Out of all the characters, he's the one who most looks like he walked straight out of the anime. His role in the story here is essentially "Yeah, the Straw Hats have been doing okay so far. Now here's what pirates from the Grand Line are like." The only thing I find slightly disappointing is the lack of his more iconic nickname "Hawkeye" Mihawk. It's just so fun to say.
@@TomSketchit that's his Original Nickname in Season 1. Even in the Anime and Live Action but now they just call him Dracule Mihawk. You rarely or No One at All call him that now. I wonder why?? Maybe because Avengers already had Hawkeye.
I really liked that whole 7 Warlords of the sea deal in this episode.Its pretty fun worldbuilding Edit: 4:55 They actually did built the majority of sets,there's a lot of behind the stage footage flying around
Big fan of the Warlords stuff, and really looking forward to seeing more of them. I have an idea that we may have already met another one. It's just a feeling though. And very cool! I have to look that up because I'm a huge fan when a production goes the extra mile in actually building their sets

The intro of Mihawk really shows you how big the world of One Piece can get and that our crew, as talented as they are, are still just small fish in very very big waters. I just have to say, I love Nami’s actress. Like you can really see everything she’s thinking in her performance. The look on her face when Zoro rejects their friendship and then when she’s contemplating getting on that boat and leaving. Emily Rudd kills it. I also just love the boys ribbing Nami about her ‘new boyfriend’ and Nami trying to fight her smile with a “you guys are the worst.” And then Zoro using the drinking game to try and get to know Nami because he knows she can’t resist a bet (which by the way, excellent set up for that last arc I just noticed). It’s a real moment of vulnerability for the two characters on the ‘not crew’ that tend to be the most closed off. Love it!
That "you're a frog croaking inside a well" line from Mihawk isn't exactly an insult. It's a freakin fact. Mihawk basically told Zoro that the World is much bigger than the East Blue and they're just drops in the ocean as of now.
Really interesting seeing how they handled Mihawk's introduction here, it's a lot more epic and impactful while in the anime/manga it's a lot more lowkey and menacing... almost as if you were watching the Grim Reaper of the Sea arrive at the scene. Also kinda funny how they handled Don Krieg... in the original he and his Crew arrived at the Baratie after fleeing from the Grand Line and specifically Mihawk. The strongest swordsman arrived at the place simply because he was chasing Don Krieg. Don Krieg caused some trauble in the Baratie but he was eventually defeated as well, I'll skip the details in case you're planning to watch the anime after this. Needles to say... the Casting choice for the Strongest Swordsman Dracule Mihawk was perfect, and the fact that they decided to give him some spanish guitars as his background music was perfect as well since i don't remember him having a soundtrack like that originally... he always gaved me spanish vibes at least.
There is something they changed in here that I actually thought would be something they won't remove. It's about the line that Zoro says to Luffy when he was defeated. In the original, he said "You would be disappointed if I'm not the greatest swordsman, right?" then Zoro shouted as he raise his Katana which is a symbol of his vow "From now on until I become the greatest swordsman, I will never lose again! Do you have problem with that? Pirate King?!" then we see Mihawk smile at them as he leaves. Him calling Luffy "Pirate King" at that moment gave me chills.
1:05 while Oda did in fact have the final say in every aspect of the show’s decision making, Garp’s introduction was one of the things Oda did not agree about at first.
mihawk IS THE BEST. PERIOD. also, the name of his sword, yoru, means "night" in japanese, so his sword's name is literally night. I can't be the only one that thinks that's the sickest name a sword can have.
19:38 it not that Garp has hatred for pirates. Pirates in this world are consider criminals, they steal, burn, kill innocent people. Same goes for the Marine and World Government. Garp is like the cop of this world, doing his job, so of course he want to stop his grandchild from the equivalent of joining a street gang. The saying of this show from before it true. There are bad pirate, good pirate, same goes for the marine. It is important to understand that just because our main character is a pirate, that the other side doesn’t fill with good people
What they left out is that Gin was part of the Krieg Armada, when we saw Mihawk's introduction, that's when the 5000 men were slaughtered and 50 ships were destroyed, all by Mihawk.
Yoru, Mihawk's sword, is acutally more akin to a Kriegsmesser - German war knife meant to be wielded two-handed. Although considered to be the European katana, the Kriegsmesser is actually a falchion, a term given to single-edged European swords whether they are singlehanded or two-handed. The more you know.
They changed the storyline for Baratie a bit. Garp didn't call Mihawk to get Luffy. Garp is actually a very minor character until the grandpa reveal. In the manga, Don Krieg sails to the Baratie. The guy who almost dies because of starvation but was saved by Sanji is called Gin and was a member of Krieg's crew. They tried to find the One Piece, but got totally wrecked by Mihawk who followed them the whole way back to the East Blue to finish them off. That's when Zoro challenged him.
the goathawk baby lets go!!! the world's strongest/greatest swordsman is here finally, such a powerful presence as you mentioned, that dude is really a one man army that's actually crazy, the guy that sanji fed was part of don krieg's armada/fleet of 50 ship and 5000 men which mihawk dismantled but they somehow didnt feel the need to mention it idk why, the world building went up a notch here, meeting one of the strongest people in the verse an actual top tier as shown and zoro a very strong guy was really ''a fly to be swatted on'' as nami told him compared to mihawk, also with his introduction the 7 warlords of the sea are also introduced as a faction in this world, their bounties are not so much ''cancelled'' per se but more so frozen, basically their bounties are stopped to what they used to be before they were contracted as part of the warlords, one of my favorite fights in the show and the reason i got hooked to one piece such a great episode they did it justice and im really happy. fun fact 1: im glad you noticed the flamenco/spanish guitar theme in the background music but of course you would (btw that ost is great, i listen to it a lot), as suggested by mihawk's awesome design which is based on spanish conquistadors ties in very well fun fact 2: his first name dracule sounds awfully similar to ''dracula'' right? its unfortunate it wasnt shown in this episode but if you go back to the opening scene with roger's execution a young mihawk is shown as well as his little ship among the other big ones and its shaped like a coffin 😂
A fun little fact The Manga has out sold Spiderman and Batman leaving behind Superman in comic's. It also out sold Harry Potter in sales. Oda has Guinness World Records to this Manga. Yeah the Monster Trio now.
If Oda wanted to introduce Garp early he would have. he had already created the character and his relationship to Luffy before the first chapter was made.
I also assume they wanted the CGI team to focus on making the fights and superpowers look as good as possible. Since they were able to repurpose a bunch of the ships from "Black Sails", I'd imagine it was an instance where going full practical with the ships wasn't a difficult call budget wise. There were likely many advantages aside from just looking good.
Remember the flash back was 10 years ago for Luffy ( he was wearing Shanks hat then so t was after Shanks left). Also if you go back to the opening scene of the series Mihawk and Shanks were in the crowd ( 22 years younger).
It's the best course of action to introduce Garp early.. It gives decent space for the marines side of story to breathe.. Imagine having this show, and after Morgan, no more marines.. it's not realistic.. There has to be another force you should be following other than the main protagonists.. Especially there's basically no guarantee that the series will continue for as long as the story goes on. It gives newcomers a wider view of this world rather than a one sided kind of story. It's a smart thing to do, especially because it works for new audiences. If they don't complain.. old fans might follow as well.. than be toxic.
FYI - That hungry pirate was Gin. He was the top fighter in Don Krieg’s pirate armada. Krieg was that purple-haired pirate with the shoulder canon. Mihawk wiped out Don Krieg’s entire fleet.
I know you didn't really believe Garp was a pirate at any time...The flashback with Luffy happened 10 years before the story time, and they've shown Garp making his speech at Gold Roger's execution that happened 22 years ago.
Since you asked if they actually built the set, and YES! They built the whole set, they tried not to use as much CGI as possible, so even for weird looking characters are actually using prosthetic instead. What you saw in the show, the Windmill village, all ships, Buggy's circus, and etc. are all real. Btw, all cast members learned to do their own stunts, so the actor who play Zoro can actually do swordsmanship (He's Enishi in Rurouni Kenshin: The Final), Nami's actress learned Karate when she was young, so she also picked up some fighting skill back when she got the role, Sanji's actor started fighting training as a beginner and had been training for 10hrs per day, Usopp's actor learned how to do marksmanship, etc. They are all very dedicated to their roles. You can check out their Behind the Scene videos. I hope they will make the whole set as an amusement park when they are done.
The seven warlords of the seas are based on a real world concept called “privateers”, a pirate “sponsored” by a country to raid other countries ships and not be declared a criminal by that country for a portion of their plunder Sir Francis Drake (who has a character in one piece based off him) was a privateer for the British and seen as a hero to them while he was hated by the spanish
I love the theme that plays during the duel. It’s a mixture of Zoro’s and Mihawk’s themes but just like in the duel, Mihawk’s just dominates. Just love i
The Anime is much better in almost every aspect, but the Live-action for a first attempt was good. It's sad that all the budget went to making sets instead of improving and replicating the Anime cinematography, it would certainly be the biggest revolution in the series ever made.
In the manga, Don Krieg.... . . . . . Tried to take the restaurant with what was left of his crew, forcing Luffy and Sanji to fight him. (Mihawk disrespected him so much, he just sank his last ship and left) Don Krieg went past the normal petty villainy and straight to chemical weapons. One Piece thrives on hatable villains, but good riddance to that guy.
When Zoro says "wounds on the back are a swordsman's greatest shame" it means a real swordsman wouldn't run from a fight even if he lost. He lost so he decided to lose with dignity
I think they just needed a cheap B plot. Luffy doesnt have a bounty this early on so no marines would care about him rn. It also raises the stakes if someone is after the straw hats. It lessons the reveal later but it doesnt really hurt the story. I think it works for the show.
Oda was very involved with the live action and had a lot of say over how the season went. The thing about One Piece anime and live action is that Oda made it more complicated as it went, and the live action can work with that 20+ years of hindsight. With the constraints that filming live action brings there is a need to streamline a lot of things so some changes to things is the logical option.
The Baratie scene are all made as actual sets, they shot this scene at south africa, everything you see their are all made and built...because the showrunner and director are both fans of the the anime and manga, they want the show to be aunthentic and true to the source material and before they do any of these stuff, they have to talk to Oda, because he decides everything...there are released behind the scenes and interviews from the staffs including the director, editor, etc..from screen rant youtube page and they always say, everything must go through Oda first before doing it...
Mihawk definately delivered a killing blow to a regular man but if Zoro should be strong enough to survive it somehow then mihawk knows Zoro is withy of facing him again.

4:19 I’ve been playing it for years and still don’t know the difference between port and starboard. Also supposedly the actor who plays Sanji learned a lot of cooking skills for this role.

This is the worst series in the world, it has no connection at all, and it lacks a lot of important details that they never used. As for the real One Piece, the anime One Piece is just the best, nothing else, and the talk is over. ☹☹☹😒☹☹☹👎👎👎👎👎🤫🤫
They need to keep the Baratie and make it an actual restaurant in a One Piece theme park or an anime/manga centric theme park. They should also serve food from One Piece there. I think it would be awesome.

Sanji is Ladies man. I love how Live action version poterayed him has charming flirt. In anime/manga he is embodiment of a simp and perv. As a Sanji fan This might be my fav change they did in LA.
I think Zoro rejected Nami's friendship declaration not because he didn't believe her but because he needed to avoid giving her concern any weight in his decision. If he'd accept her as a true friend in that moment he'd have to at least consider her feelings about his plan, and he couldn't do that.
As a manga reader, it amazes me how early Mihawk was introduced in the series. Normally in manga and anime, characters other than a few main characters fall behind due to the power creep. The last season's big bad becomes a mook in the next season, etc. But, Mihawk, who was introduced as early as chapter 49 in 1998, is still around in 2023 after 1000+ chapters and is still one of the most powerful characters in the setting.
From what my friend who followed One Piece told me, he said how Oda didnt intend to add the Seven Warlords since he planned to end the series Much earlier. But, with the introduction of the Seven Warlords, we can say how Don Krieg was just a shrimp compared to the shark size threat that is Mihawk
Obviously I’m thrilled it’s been picked up for a second season, but Netflix is always so sketchy when it comes to renewing their shows after two or three seasons. Hopefully the show continues to bring in huge numbers and is well reviewed
They did get Oda's blessing to do the Garp review, yes but they reportedly had to fight for it. This wasn't a reveal Oda decided later and regrets not showing sooner, he went out of his way to hide it in the manga early on. The LA show runners thought it would help to flesh out the B plot, I imagine, and to create a more clear through line throughout the season, I think.
Just to clarify abt Garp's appearance. He actually does appear nearly this early in the manga, but as an un-named Marine in a sequence of chapter cover artwork. We actually get the story of how Coby and Helmeppo began to work under Garp thru these cover stories, but these characters didn't reappear in the actual story until waaaay later when we finally both learn Garp's name and that he's Luffy's grandpa. I find it pretty cool they actually decided to incorporate a bit of that storyline as a b-plot in the live action.
Basically the Mihawk encounter is a sneak peek into the powerlevel of late-game one piece. Mihawk is insanely strong, even right now in the manga (after 1000+ chapters) its unclear if Zoro would be ready. Also Garb and Mihawk being in the east blue is basically the equivalent of two level 100 characters roaming the starting area of a game 😂

About accents- Sanji´s actor is from the Canary Islands in Spain. He and Luffy´s actor dubbed themselves in the spanish version.

That "you're a frog croaking inside a well" line from Mihawk isn't exactly an insult. It's a freakin fact. Mihawk basically told Zoro that the World is much bigger than the East Blue and they're just drops in the ocean as of now.
Little bit of trivia: a younger Mihawk can be seen in the crowd at Gold Roger's execution at the very beginning of the series.
Really interesting seeing how they handled Mihawk's introduction here, it's a lot more epic and impactful while in the anime/manga it's a lot more lowkey and menacing... almost as if you were watching the Grim Reaper of the Sea arrive at the scene.
Also kinda funny how they handled Don Krieg... in the original he and his Crew arrived at the Baratie after fleeing from the Grand Line and specifically Mihawk. The strongest swordsman arrived at the place simply because he was chasing Don Krieg.
Don Krieg caused some trauble in the Baratie but he was eventually defeated as well, I'll skip the details in case you're planning to watch the anime after this.
Needles to say... the Casting choice for the Strongest Swordsman Dracule Mihawk was perfect, and the fact that they decided to give him some spanish guitars as his background music was perfect as well since i don't remember him having a soundtrack like that originally... he always gaved me spanish vibes at least.

There is something they changed in here that I actually thought would be something they won't remove. It's about the line that Zoro says to Luffy when he was defeated. In the original, he said "You would be disappointed if I'm not the greatest swordsman, right?" then Zoro shouted as he raise his Katana which is a symbol of his vow "From now on until I become the greatest swordsman, I will never lose again! Do you have problem with that? Pirate King?!" then we see Mihawk smile at them as he leaves. Him calling Luffy "Pirate King" at that moment gave me chills.

mihawk IS THE BEST. PERIOD. also, the name of his sword, yoru, means "night" in japanese, so his sword's name is literally night. I can't be the only one that thinks that's the sickest name a sword can have.

Garp is like the cop of this world, doing his job, so of course he want to stop his grandchild from the equivalent of joining a street gang.
The saying of this show from before it true. There are bad pirate, good pirate, same goes for the marine. It is important to understand that just because our main character is a pirate, that the other side doesn’t fill with good people

What they left out is that Gin was part of the Krieg Armada, when we saw Mihawk's introduction, that's when the 5000 men were slaughtered and 50 ships were destroyed, all by Mihawk.

Yoru, Mihawk's sword, is acutally more akin to a Kriegsmesser - German war knife meant to be wielded two-handed. Although considered to be the European katana, the Kriegsmesser is actually a falchion, a term given to single-edged European swords whether they are singlehanded or two-handed. The more you know.
They changed the storyline for Baratie a bit. Garp didn't call Mihawk to get Luffy. Garp is actually a very minor character until the grandpa reveal.
In the manga, Don Krieg sails to the Baratie. The guy who almost dies because of starvation but was saved by Sanji is called Gin and was a member of Krieg's crew. They tried to find the One Piece, but got totally wrecked by Mihawk who followed them the whole way back to the East Blue to finish them off. That's when Zoro challenged him.
the goathawk baby lets go!!! the world's strongest/greatest swordsman is here finally, such a powerful presence as you mentioned, that dude is really a one man army that's actually crazy, the guy that sanji fed was part of don krieg's armada/fleet of 50 ship and 5000 men which mihawk dismantled but they somehow didnt feel the need to mention it idk why, the world building went up a notch here, meeting one of the strongest people in the verse an actual top tier as shown and zoro a very strong guy was really ''a fly to be swatted on'' as nami told him compared to mihawk, also with his introduction the 7 warlords of the sea are also introduced as a faction in this world, their bounties are not so much ''cancelled'' per se but more so frozen, basically their bounties are stopped to what they used to be before they were contracted as part of the warlords, one of my favorite fights in the show and the reason i got hooked to one piece such a great episode they did it justice and im really happy.
fun fact 1: im glad you noticed the flamenco/spanish guitar theme in the background music but of course you would (btw that ost is great, i listen to it a lot), as suggested by mihawk's awesome design which is based on spanish conquistadors ties in very well
fun fact 2: his first name dracule sounds awfully similar to ''dracula'' right? its unfortunate it wasnt shown in this episode but if you go back to the opening scene with roger's execution a young mihawk is shown as well as his little ship among the other big ones and its shaped like a coffin 😂

If Oda wanted to introduce Garp early he would have. he had already created the character and his relationship to Luffy before the first chapter was made.

All of the ships are real. They built them for the series. They wanted practical sets, not cgi to sell the immersion.
I also assume they wanted the CGI team to focus on making the fights and superpowers look as good as possible. Since they were able to repurpose a bunch of the ships from "Black Sails", I'd imagine it was an instance where going full practical with the ships wasn't a difficult call budget wise. There were likely many advantages aside from just looking good.

Remember the flash back was 10 years ago for Luffy ( he was wearing Shanks hat then so t was after Shanks left). Also if you go back to the opening scene of the series Mihawk and Shanks were in the crowd ( 22 years younger).

I know you didn't really believe Garp was a pirate at any time...The flashback with Luffy happened 10 years before the story time, and they've shown Garp making his speech at Gold Roger's execution that happened 22 years ago.
Since you asked if they actually built the set, and YES! They built the whole set, they tried not to use as much CGI as possible, so even for weird looking characters are actually using prosthetic instead. What you saw in the show, the Windmill village, all ships, Buggy's circus, and etc. are all real. Btw, all cast members learned to do their own stunts, so the actor who play Zoro can actually do swordsmanship (He's Enishi in Rurouni Kenshin: The Final), Nami's actress learned Karate when she was young, so she also picked up some fighting skill back when she got the role, Sanji's actor started fighting training as a beginner and had been training for 10hrs per day, Usopp's actor learned how to do marksmanship, etc. They are all very dedicated to their roles. You can check out their Behind the Scene videos. I hope they will make the whole set as an amusement park when they are done.
The seven warlords of the seas are based on a real world concept called “privateers”, a pirate “sponsored” by a country to raid other countries ships and not be declared a criminal by that country for a portion of their plunder
Sir Francis Drake (who has a character in one piece based off him) was a privateer for the British and seen as a hero to them while he was hated by the spanish

The Anime is much better in almost every aspect, but the Live-action for a first attempt was good. It's sad that all the budget went to making sets instead of improving and replicating the Anime cinematography, it would certainly be the biggest revolution in the series ever made.

Tried to take the restaurant with what was left of his crew, forcing Luffy and Sanji to fight him. (Mihawk disrespected him so much, he just sank his last ship and left) Don Krieg went past the normal petty villainy and straight to chemical weapons. One Piece thrives on hatable villains, but good riddance to that guy.
When Zoro says "wounds on the back are a swordsman's greatest shame" it means a real swordsman wouldn't run from a fight even if he lost. He lost so he decided to lose with dignity

I think they just needed a cheap B plot. Luffy doesnt have a bounty this early on so no marines would care about him rn. It also raises the stakes if someone is after the straw hats. It lessons the reveal later but it doesnt really hurt the story. I think it works for the show.

Zoro is one of those characters that have an infinite blood supply.
Oda was very involved with the live action and had a lot of say over how the season went. The thing about One Piece anime and live action is that Oda made it more complicated as it went, and the live action can work with that 20+ years of hindsight. With the constraints that filming live action brings there is a need to streamline a lot of things so some changes to things is the logical option.
The Baratie scene are all made as actual sets, they shot this scene at south africa, everything you see their are all made and built...because the showrunner and director are both fans of the the anime and manga, they want the show to be aunthentic and true to the source material and before they do any of these stuff, they have to talk to Oda, because he decides everything...there are released behind the scenes and interviews from the staffs including the director, editor, etc..from screen rant youtube page and they always say, everything must go through Oda first before doing it...
They did built the Baratie! Or at least most of it.

Sanji is Ladies man. I love how Live action version poterayed him has charming flirt. In anime/manga he is embodiment of a simp and perv. As a Sanji fan This might be my fav change they did in LA.

I think Zoro rejected Nami's friendship declaration not because he didn't believe her but because he needed to avoid giving her concern any weight in his decision. If he'd accept her as a true friend in that moment he'd have to at least consider her feelings about his plan, and he couldn't do that.

As a manga reader, it amazes me how early Mihawk was introduced in the series. Normally in manga and anime, characters other than a few main characters fall behind due to the power creep. The last season's big bad becomes a mook in the next season, etc. But, Mihawk, who was introduced as early as chapter 49 in 1998, is still around in 2023 after 1000+ chapters and is still one of the most powerful characters in the setting.
20 years later and we haven't even seen a quarter of his power. But I guess he's one of the endgame scenes since he's Zoro's final goal.
From what my friend who followed One Piece told me, he said how Oda didnt intend to add the Seven Warlords since he planned to end the series Much earlier. But, with the introduction of the Seven Warlords, we can say how Don Krieg was just a shrimp compared to the shark size threat that is Mihawk

Obviously I’m thrilled it’s been picked up for a second season, but Netflix is always so sketchy when it comes to renewing their shows after two or three seasons. Hopefully the show continues to bring in huge numbers and is well reviewed
They did get Oda's blessing to do the Garp review, yes but they reportedly had to fight for it. This wasn't a reveal Oda decided later and regrets not showing sooner, he went out of his way to hide it in the manga early on. The LA show runners thought it would help to flesh out the B plot, I imagine, and to create a more clear through line throughout the season, I think.
My only complaint is that there wasn't enough Mihawk in this series, the actor was fabulous.

Just to clarify abt Garp's appearance.
He actually does appear nearly this early in the manga, but as an un-named Marine in a sequence of chapter cover artwork. We actually get the story of how Coby and Helmeppo began to work under Garp thru these cover stories, but these characters didn't reappear in the actual story until waaaay later when we finally both learn Garp's name and that he's Luffy's grandpa.
I find it pretty cool they actually decided to incorporate a bit of that storyline as a b-plot in the live action.

Basically the Mihawk encounter is a sneak peek into the powerlevel of late-game one piece. Mihawk is insanely strong, even right now in the manga (after 1000+ chapters) its unclear if Zoro would be ready. Also Garb and Mihawk being in the east blue is basically the equivalent of two level 100 characters roaming the starting area of a game 😂
