I don’t recall any puzzle piece that required you to carry the DK barrel through a section you’re likely to get hit and throw it from an EXACT spot. There’s usually a regular rolling barrel when there’s a secret nearby. By the way, I used this walkthrough because I threw the barrel from the small platform instead of the end of the long one while using Squawks. (Why even have the small platform? You should exit to the edge where you’re supposed to throw the barrel.)
My original intention was to 100% this, that didn't last long. That was reduced to getting all the "KONG" letters in each level... then came world 4, and my goal became "finish the game". Wow this sucker is hard, never expected it to push me so much. Takes me forever to beat certain levels.
How do you unlock the golden temple levels? On my copy, I played through the whole game, unlocked golden temple and I got all the orbs and played golden temple but it was only one level (the level that was 9-9 in this video). My copy is on the wii so are these extra levels only on 3ds?
To unlock the Cloud Gateway in Original Mode, you have to find every KONG letter and beat every KONG temple. In New Mode, the orbs are on sale at the shops in every world map for 50 coins. It would take a total of 400 coins to buy them all.
There's a few new things in the 3DS version that Nintendo doesn't mention, like the movie gallery, the tikis flying towards you if you don't hit them fast enough and a blue kong letter sign if you get the kong letters again in mirror mode
I'd prefer Flight Mario from Galaxy. I really liked the mechanic, but it was never really used to do anything important. Wing Mario was just weird to control, and visually uninteresting. I can't really think of any memorable enemies I'd like to see return from 64. They were all just weird spheres. I would, however, like to see a similar level structure to 64, with perhaps the exception of being able to do all the stars in the same mission.
What I did was just kept going to the top and bottom over and over and then going to the bottom for the collectible. Its hard to explain, hope this helps a little bit.

1-5 are the easy ones... probably why he didnt show them... but you can look them up easy enough just google 1-5 King letters and puzzle pics for Donky Kong country wii
Actually, 200% is when you finish Golden Temple and unlock Mirror Mode, and play EVERY level in the game in Mirror Mode. You DO NOT need to collect the Puzzle Pieces for 200%.

You don't need to get the Kong letters in those to unlock the other levels
