The closest we get of donkey Kong Country returns on the Nintendo switch EDIT: (July 17th 2024) I HEARD IT ALL, I saw everything, I can finally die happy and not deal with using the Wii or 3DS as the main source to play the game
If Nintendo ever makes a 3 of this game, I bet the super-dangerous last level will follow a different theme. 1 had fire and 2 had ice; could 3 have lightning?
@@AXAXAXAYt That's not to say the lightning theme can't take place in outer space. Considering space travel requires a high technology level, most if not all modern tech uses electricity, and the villains would use a form of security anyway, lightning is still a plausible hazard in this scenario.
@@AXAXAXAYt The best part is how different in theme it would be from the first two games. The first was magic and the second is physical; this one is technological.
Sorry I’m late. Had to wake up! Anyway, I like how the Kongs are using barrel cannons to travel between levels. It’s a faster method than just running through different sections of DK Island. Also, snow gets EVERYWHERE!
I played this game first before donkey Kong country returns and I wish I didn’t because now watching this video I realize all 6 of the levels in this world are icy versions of the 6 worlds in the last game and that’s just so cool to me because usually games don’t have this level of world building across games
i think its cool how w6 of this game uses all 8 worlds from the previous game
Yeah you def see the references

@@the18bitgamer I HAVE AWOKEN
I SAW EVERYTHING
World 6 shows how Lord Fredrick (The game’s villain) ruined the island completely, DK island doesn’t look the same in DKCTF

Ooooooohh, you have me hooked, although I would prefer a space world.

Snow is wet, soft, irritating and it gets everywhere
@@Driggsdamonstah Actually, it's white, and cold, and irritating. And it gets everywhere.

There are actually 8 worlds:
Jungle, Beach, Ruins, Cave, Forest, Cliff, Factory and Volcano.
And 8 levels, each representing each world.
Looking back at it, this game’s finale was pain weird. Cool, but weird.
