Nahi periods ke time aap proper rest kijiye . Ho sake to butterfly pose mai bhaith ya late sakte hai. Ye abhyas aap daily morning ya evening mai kar sakte hai .

Hello I need your helpp. Mujhe periods se ek week pehle, bahut weakness ho jati hai. Fever aata hai and lagta hai jaise pairo se koi energy khich rha hai. Please help
Aisa tab hota h jab body mai iron or vitamins ki kami hone lagti hai .sabse pahle aap iron ko maintain karne ke liye apne bhojan mai hari sabjiya, fruits ,dry-fruits ko add kare,or kam se kam 3 se 4 lt pani piye. doctor se puch kar iron or vitamins supplements bhi le sakte hai .or hamare channel mai periods issue ke liye videos bnayi gayi hai aap usko roj kare .apko niche video ka link diya ja raha hai.

Agar aap ko periods k dauran Accha mehsooh ho rha h, tab aap in sabhi Asano ka abhyas savdhani purvak kr sakti h. Yadi aapko kisi bhi prakar ka tanav ya khichav h ya bahot jada pain h to aap iska abhyas periods shuru hone se Kuchh dino pahle aur period khatam hone k bad bhi kr sakte h, parantu aise me pain k dauran na kre. Aur morning evening kisi bhi samay jab pet khali h tab aap iska abhyas kr sakte h. Lekin aap in Asano ka abhyas pure mahine krti h to jada fayda milega.
