My FIRST BRUTAL 1 Mile Track Race - SUB 5 Attempt!

My brothers and I recently attended our first ever track meet at the Eastbourne Rovers Ronhill Mile Night.
It was a fantastic evening and a brilliantly run event, come along and see how we all did!
