I think the issue most fans have is missing out on key recruits to Uconn . It seems like he wants to depend on the portal every year . If Woody can't recruit the state fans are not going to be happy . Because of the fact that the state produces some of the best players in the country.

Woody's hiring happened after Jawan Howard had a good year, Penny Hardaway was successful up to that point. The narrative was changing on alumni coaches from the nba. If we dont split the bigs and play Mgbako primarily at the 4 we will not be taking advantage of our versatility and talent.
