Airdrie = alot cheaper. I just goto weigh the option of Intense weather (hail, winterstorms & tornadoes)🤔

Right now with the foreign buyers ban that could be difficult if you’re not a permanent resident, citizen or have a work visa. As of now that will be lifted at the end of 2024 though.
