I would honestly take the whoop and use it alongside a normal watch because I like traditional watches more but at the same time I want the ability to track my health
It’s not hard to turn it into actions, if you aren’t getting enough sleep you look at your habits, research and elements the ones which might effecting your sleep. There’s nothing hard about that.

A whoop isn’t a smartwatch replacement, it’s not supposed to be a watch, that’s why it has an extra thing you can attach to the whoop so you can wear it on your bicep and it won’t be visible

The Athlytic app on the Apple Watch gives you 90% of what Whoop does (sleep tracking in Athlytic is a little wonky and has a couple more manual steps). The Apple Watch Ultra is a no brainer for me.

I don’t know if it was the heat or what but it had been charging all night and it was like 1-2 months new. I’ll be recieving my whoop in a couple of days so if I remember this comment I’ll come back and update yall after 30 days

The problem with the whoop (I wore it for 2 years) is that you get a lot of data but it’s pretty inconsistent and hard to turn into actions
