- Breakfast is the first meal of the day, and it is an important time to wake up the rest of the body and brain. It provides energy to our bodies, just as it fuels a car. More and more people are starting their breakfast as a vegetable. Make it with the common carrots, zucchini, and saesongi mushrooms when you open the refrigerator.
Even vegetables that you eat every day can have a different taste with a little touch! What spices or spruce do you have in your home? As one of the ways to increase the enjoyment and flavor of eating, it's fun to try the right amount of spices and enjoy.
[Ingredients] Carrot 2 (medium size), zucchini 1 (large size), king oyster mushrooms 3
[Making meal prep]
Slice each ingredient diagonally into an easy-to-eat size and refrigerate it in a silicone pack or airtight container twice.
[Steamed vegetable oil]
1. Add all the prepared vegetables to the pan.
2. Add a little salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric powder and olive oil.
*You are free to use the spice powder you have at home. If you don't have spice powder, you can add salt and olive oil as a base, crush 1-2 garlic slices instead of garlic powder, and soak curry powder instead of turmeric powder.
3. Place the skillet over high heat and mix roughly, cover over medium-low heat and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Open the lid and mix two or three times, then add a pinch of salt (optional) and close the lid again for 10 minutes.
*Tip 1: Water doesn't come out of the vegetables and stick to the floor if you control the fire well.
*Tip 2: The degree of cooking of vegetables can be adjusted.
*Tip 3: It's a recipe for steaming vegetables, but if you want a yellowish texture, open the lid at the end and mix over medium heat to release moisture.
5. Turn off the heat, grind the whole pepper, and mix it.
6. If you put it in your favorite bowl and sprinkle it with chopped basil, it's more flavorful.
Reducing cooking time is a bonus because you only have to prepare vegetables in advance and cook them even in a busy time.
Enjoy a simple steamed vegetable oil and a bowl of fresh vegetable soup.
[Vegetable soup]
1. Slice half the onions into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Add a little oil and saute over medium-low heat for 1 minute.
2. Close the lid and cook the onion gently.
3. Add all the prepared vegetables on top of the gently cooked onion.
4. Mix well with 50ml hot water, a little salt, and a little olive oil.
*Tip 1: Adding a little bit of hot water can scratch the onion press on the bottom or prevent it from sticking any more, making the soup taste better.
5. Pour 500ml of hot water, add a bay leaf, close the lid and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
6. Season with fish soy sauce or tuna liquid and close the lid again, simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
7. Put it in a pretty bowl, put a little pineapple on top, grind whole pepper, and put olive oil on top of it.
