A regular motorcycle is probably more dangerous than Colin's drift trike, considering that the thing can't flip Motorcycles on the other hand: you space out, almost hit something, swerve out of the way, hit something else and go flying in a shower of metal shrapnel.

If you don't want to sink into the snow, you use racket shoes. But what about walking on steep, hard snow or ice? The metal strings would heat up till red hot, and you could just walk through anything. Maybe it won't work but it's a cool project
Honestly I was thinking very seriously about something similar. Mine was more a flat metal box you put on the bottom of your shoe. Inside two spinners holding small magnets on the wing tips. Run wire up through pants to waist for power supply and a motor controller. Induction heated shoe plates, insulate between shoe and box to avoid burning rubber, choose insulation R-factor based on level of toasty feet you desire.
I see a lot of really expensive looking skis (and boots) discarded by people after they've used them a few times. If you go to the recycle centre there are bins and bins of skis and poles and boots and they seem to have zero value - yet they must be quite expensive to buy new.

Looked like too much grip for proper drift, but too little to move it properly. Pretty hard combination on uneven surface like field, specially when there is potential small rocks on surface that rapidly increase grip momentarily.
Yeah, when i saw the wheels with the spikes on, they are pretty much where an armrest would be, i thought that at least NOW he's gotta add some covers over those!... but nope!
i lost it when he pulled out the atomic ski, for the longest lime there has been a single atomic ski sitting at my grandmas house for no particular reason and ive always wondered what i could do with it
