It's 2021, I'm working on a few projects right now (including the shark bin haha) but we had a freak snow fall, I no some of you get snow all the time and way deeper but this is a treat for me, what other vehicle should I take out if it snows again.......

the engineering behind it is totally amazing, doesn't get enough props...it's fun to watch, but really impressive how he made it!

The design worked well in the snow and ice and even got over the pile of logs which was impressive. Decent little vehicle.

As a Canadian who lives in a city where the snow banks on the side of the road are taller than me, I implore you: Please ship that here, we could all share it to get to work!
I'm wondering how that would far the morning after without putting it in the garage. Would it freeze up like the snowblower does after blowing slushy snow?
I don’t think it would go anywhere in deep snow the deep snow that Collin went through was compressed and wet. Nice fresh powder snow and the screws would just move it out-of-the-way and get high centred. I am also from Canada, northern BC, Alberta, the Yukon Territory and finally southern BC where we are now actually in the last few years starting to get a surprisingly huge amount of snow compared to the six or 8 inches of wet snow we might have got once a few times a year before

I feel like a small improvement might be to start the thread of the screw on the tapper to let it bite into whatever it's trying to climb a bit better. I also think making it a double thread would allow somewhat better traction and might get the speed up a bit if the belt connections can handle it

When we bought our first brand new 4x4 Jeep Wrangler in 1993 it was just a basic 4-speed stick. No air. My neighbor came over and said, "AH, that's just going to get you stuck farther back." Nope, it never did! Upgraded tires, put on a lift kit. It was a blast. Went camping with another 4x4 buddy too. Bottom line you're having so much fun with your Screw tank. Keep sharing videos. I wouldn't say that. There are a lot of amphibious all terrain vehicles out there. My 6x6 could have done everything he did. Of course not as unique as the screw tank.

I see where you asked if my 6x6 floats, yes it does. It is considered an AATV. Goes through the mud and snow without issue, would be better with tracks but have yet to really need tracks on it.
