Dear guys, we would like to give away CHITUBOX Pro 1.2.0 to you. Answer the question: what other fears live in Jimmy's head? We will select two winners by May 31st and provide CHITUBOX GIFT Licenses for 90 days of use.
Jimmy was the true monster all along. He is so confident in his abilities to deal with anything he is relaxing, and the centipede is slowly backing away, afraid.
I love the fact that Jimmy is sleeping instead of being awake and trying to run away from the monster. It definitely builds tension because you know something about Jimmy's immediate future that he is blissfully unaware of. And I also love the fact that the monster is approaching underwater so there is little chance of escape if, for example, the monster were approaching on dry land the boy would maybe have time to scramble up and run away. But from the pool bottom, the monster will pull Jimmy under where he will have no chance of fighting the monster. Of course, in real life, centipedes float on water so they could not walk submerged along the bottom of a pool, but hey, who am I to quibble with the evil genius of this diorama?!
To be fair, I think part of why normal centipedes can float is their large surface area to body mass ratio (all those legs!) and the buoyancy due to water tension. A centipede as large as the one in this diorama would sink, because its weight would exceed its buoyancy. They're not filled with air haha
@@coolkumquats I was just thanking this kind person for supplying the reassuring fact that centipedes float... but, nnooo you just had to ruin it, didn’t you? My peace of mind.... smh
Listen all, you got this all wrong again, this is just a beautiful diorama of Man and his pet Centipede enjoying time relaxing in the pool! As always, amazing job!
I got a bit inspired, so have a written version of Jimmy's funeral: Jimmy had had a long life. A dozen summers spent at the local pool, and dozens more days spent dodging monsters he did not see or pretended not to see. Some of them, in being ignored, given no other reaction then indifference, found Jimmy to be far scarier than themselves. For how could a human, when he did become aware of them, simply ignore them afterwards? Did he know something they didn't? WAS HE something they did not know, simply dressed in the guise of a human? No, not could not be the case, for Jimmy aged, as humans did, growing older and older before the monsters' very eyes day by day, till he was so weak and frail, the monsters should've been able to pick him off. And yet, old Jimmy kept evading them. Until one day, he didn't. But it wasn't because at last the monsters had finally gotten Jimmy. No, rather than a monster, death had caught up with the old man. The monsters gathered as Jimmy was lowered into the ground of the cemetery, watched as words were said about the man, watched as Jimmy's family wept over his passing, and watched as the funeral ended and everyone left. Only then did the monster make their way to the grave. There deep in the dirt laid the boy who had evaded them for years, the one human who had outlast them till his own natural death. All the monster stood round Jimmy's grave, silent for a while. Until, Toby, the Pool Monster, who had hunted Jimmy the longest, stretches a fleshy tendril outwards, bumping it against Jimmy's tombstone, and speaks in a gravel, squishy voice, in a tone that might have been sad. "Got you...Jimmy."
I love all the details of every Minibricks ! Truly amazing. A phobia of a friend of mine is putting a hand out of bed while sleeping. He felt if he did something unnatural would grab at his hand. Maybe Jimmy feels this too...
What a beautiful diorama of Jimmy closing his eyes and relaxing after yet another boring and uneventful day at work, while he was snoozing thinking about the pretty girl at work he felt something tickle his lower leg... Suggestion for a diorama: please make a diorama of a public place like a park with a monster hidden in plain sight waiting to grab and devour its next victim - the type of monster could be some sort of an orchid mantis, an octopus or something else which has kamaeleon-like abilities.
@@wabi-sabi5621 lmfao maybe the centipede is Jimmy as well. There’s an older video of a boy in a pool on this channel and the commenters all agreed his name was Jimmy lol

I would seriously love to just sit there and observe you create these things. It is truly so fascinating, and takes so much skill and precision. So good.
I think I just realized why your videos are so good (apart from the obvious fact that you are very talented at what you do), you seamlessly tidy up as you go along! You just set something down and in the next frame it's gone. You stay constantly focused on the craft and all your tools, paint, materials, etc, just appear and disappear. It makes everything very calm and relaxing. Thank you for such amazing content and thinking of all these little details.
I'd like to believe he's in the pool as a form of exposure therapy to overcome his trauma, but he's imagining the creature crawling in. I wonder, were the other monsters real? If so, how did he survive them?
The fact that Jimmy is now a grown man could only imply that he survived the swimming pool incident when he was a kid. In this case I’m more worried for the giant centipede. But things could also go like this: -“Yo Jimmy my dude! Good to see you here! Mind if I take a sip from your drink?” -“Isn’t it Mr. Centipede? Long time no see my friend, please help yourself!” -“Aye, let me just swim over and we can enjoy the cool pool in a hot summer day.”
I love it.i think it's great that you make such dioramas with things that exist. By that I mean that the centipede is gigantic in size, but looks like the original. That makes the whole thing for me always more threatening than something completely fictional.
A great dio . You,re got one hell of an imagination and are a talented artist to boot . Captivating watching you create these mini masterpieces . As always well done .

I absolutely love watching these videos not just for the dioramas, but how intricate the details are. I would like to call this creature the terrorpede. Keep being awesome
In a weird way I found this comforting as this has always been a fear of mine. Whether it is a shark at the bottom of the pool or some other monster I am always just worried about it and always have been since I was a kid!
The fact that centipedes/millipedes may have actually gotten that big at some period in Earth's history will always be terrifying to me, like... if they had survived, we could very well be living to witness scenes like this and I, for one, am glad we don't have to worry about giant carnivorous bugs crashing our pool parties!
They did forget the species name tho but they got to like 20f long or something like that I think. dragonfly’s were massive aswell mostly because of the higher oxygen percentages making thing be able to be larger
Jimmy was relaxing in the pool. Suddenly something--many things--brushed up against his feet. Like a gigantic fuzzy caterpillar. The terror mounted, but he had to open his eyes to confirm the worst. ...The fear quickly evaporated as exasperation took its place. "Withnail, I told you, the pool is too big for you." The beast's head breached from the water, and it rubbed its antennae together back and forth. "This resort is near a freshwater gulf. There's no saltwater to dry your carapace out." More indignant rubbing. "Y--You're self conscious? YOU? How do you think I feel, Withnail?" _Rub-rub-rub._ "Well, now that you mention it, maybe it will look like 'Jaws.'"
After reading this I kinda like the thought of Jimmy having the ability to communicate with monsters despite having a mild fear of them. And that perhaps he doesn't know that he himself is also a monster.
ah yes, the return of Jimmy and his best friends! aw, look, they're playing! goddammit Jimmy we told u not to bleed in the private pool, you're getting it dirty.
I went swimming a week ago and there was a centipede at the bottom of the pool. Fear of a monster/ghost watching him from his closet while he sleeps.
Fear of an ancient horror who appears when he is asleep

The fear of running out of air while scuba diving, after getting his leg trapped in a rock crevice.
