  • Why stress yourself pounding yam when you can use a processor and get the same taste! I bought my Kenwood Chrome 400w processor from grocerydirect.m... . Use code SISIGD5 to get 5% off!

Absolute genius, to think I have one EXACTLY the same sitting on top of my refrigerator, whilst I'm making garri and dreaming about visiting Nigeria so I can have a decent pounded yam meal.......Unbelievable!! I'm off to buy some yam in my local African shop, I'm definitely having okra and pounded yam today. Thank you

Hi sisi Yemmie, I just got a food processor and I’m trying to see if you have any video compilation of different things we can do with it.
I’m seriously hoping that you’d see this comment and I’d get a response from you.
Thank you so much for making our cooking experience better.

Thanks for this great video and tip! I was using the powdered version before but from now on will just be cooking the fresh one thanks to your tip (my hubby tells me that the powdered version is not as sweet as the fresh). I'm still learning to cook 9ja dishes so your videos are super super helpful. Thanks so much Aunty!!!! You are helping me keep my hubby and kids well fed, plus Nigerian food is my favourite in the world!!!! Off to make some egusi now :) Greetings from Ireland!

At first I was wondering why she's telling us that we need to "wash it first of all" at 1:30 and then I remember that there are some Aje Butters here who need to be told 😂🤣.
    Another amazing video sisi Yemi....
But watching your video is the most torturing thing a Nigerian abroad can do to themselves. Especially if you live in a country where you can't get all the ingredients.
That egusi is calling my name. 😍😘...
Please sisi Yemi, will you be kind enough to teach us your camera set up? Your video is getting cleaner everyday.. it's basically glowing.
