    This is really interesting. Smart ways of making pounded yam. They are even easier than pounding. I think the second method is much easier 😀👍. After boiling, you just throw into the food processor. Fantastic. Thanks for sharing

    Am in love with the first method. I just blended,pour in the pot, on a low heat, I allow it to form before using the spatula to stir. It comes out very nice ....

    For those of you in the obodo oyibo, this is perfect because it best serves husband wife and toddlers /young children,. When it comes to the large Nigerian family setting it won't work. Lost my food processor, running it for 2 and 3 sections of pounded yam.

    My question is
    Method one is firm like powdered yam flour while
    Method 2 is viscous in consistency like the real pounded 🍠 yam.
    Please correct me if am wrong
