Hi all ,... I too have uveitis and arthritis... Doctors just dumped me with whole lot of steroids ... I stopped them all a year back ... I'm focusing on ayurvedic medicines, simple exercises, intermittent fasting, more fruits and vegetables, keeping my mind calm ( stress free) and also Water therapy..... Now my flare ups have decreased ...my vision is perfectly fine .... Please do depend on nature rather than medicins .... Meditation really really helps
