Thanks doc. I have R A since 2016. I quit seeing my rheumatologist after a year due to financial issues but I kept taking corticosteroids from time to time when the aches and pains is severe then stopped when it's tolerable as I'm afraid of the side effects. I keep drinking water and included turmeric, fish oil and some vitamin supplements. Symptoms are still on but manageable as I trained myself how I move to avoid getting hurt.
But I could not avoid thinking that this illness may become worse in the near future. Could you recommend any alternative medicine without severe side effects?
