Good job. I have a huge restaurant stove and the racks are very big. I take them out to the backyard and put them in a large BLACK plastic bag and put a couple of cups or so, of ammonia and leave it in the sun all day, then I rinse them with the garden hose. It makes them like brand new.

Why the bag use the big sink
If you have a sink big enough, then sure you can use a sink, mine is just a little bit too small for this oven rack, but nice idea. 👍👍
