Black metal is a too specific subgenre to be blend with other styles without loose his identity. Especially if these other styles represent bigger categories which subgenre as black metal belong to. What I want to say is that genres as black metal was born by a form of specialization inside other genres and this specialization is that charaterised them. I hope I've been clear...
I wonder, would Impaled Nazarene‘s „Absence of War“ album also qualify as black‘n‘roll? 🧐 Not that category matters or anything, it‘s just that this album did not really strike me as black metal per se back then when it came out. And I absolutely love this album to this day.

If you would have the opportunity to sit a whole night in a bar with a person of your choice ( dead or alive and not necessarily a musician )...drinking beer and ask him questions untill the sunrise...wich beer would you choose and who would it be? thank you!
