    Plyometrics, medball excercises. J band work, Weightlifting.
    I could probably throw 85 right now with a full sprint from outfield, probably sitting 75 rn.
    If i do all this smartly hopefully my velocity by schoolball will 🚀
    I wanna hit 90mph end of senior year. Aim high, miss high.
