    Plyometrics, medball excercises. J band work, Weightlifting. I could probably throw 85 right now with a full sprint from outfield, probably sitting 75 rn. If i do all this smartly hopefully my velocity by schoolball will 🚀 I wanna hit 90mph end of senior year. Aim high, miss high.

    I am trying out for all stars this Saturday for softball and am doing these workouts everyday and some weight lifting, wish me luck! Do you have any reconfirmations to make my throw more accurate and faster?

      Start with basics for throwing more accurate. Keep your front shoulder pointed to your target with glove out as long as possible, make sure you land your foot and then explode forward with hips and then the ball is last. Follow through hard.

    Constructive criticism to help not to be a hatter. Consider removing the music from the video and providing a narration instead. For folks to follow along, they need a count down to the next exercise and to know what that exercise is going to be. With follow along video, you snatch glances at the screen and are not watching as you focus on your own movement.
