I'm not happy with Sainsbury's. I'm shielding and in the extremely clinical vulnerable group. Recently on two occasions the delivery driver grumbled and said 'I should leave your shopping on the ground floor - we don't have to carry shopping up more than one flight of stairs'. I'm on the second floor. I phoned customer services and was told it was in Sainsbury's terms and conditions that deliveries would be taken to the front door or into the communal areas of buildings. Tesco's drivers and Waitrose drivers cheerfully carry my shopping to my front door on the second floor. Should I shop at Sainsbury's again?
Can’t blame a whole company on one lazy bastard of a delivery driver, maybe there was a reason he couldn’t directly deliver it, if not, is it right to blame a whole company who have still been catering throughout this whole pandemic with staff members putting their health at risk
